Let's try one more time - Unbeknownst to Bob Dole, Merriman was a roider last year and this year.

Bob Dole would take that "roiding Merriman" over Ware because Bob Dole thought that the roiding Merriman was the better player, even though Bob Dole didn't know Merriman was using roids.

Bob Dole STILL thinks Merriman was the better player, that doesn't mean if you asked in the offseason, "Would you take Merriman over Ware even though Merriman is gonna get busted next year?" that the answer would be yes.

Roids got him two more sacks than Ware and a Pro Bowl berth.

No roids and certain supplements are a 4 game suspension first offense.

Not really trying to take up for him, lol.

I just want people to see that you can be wrong on a message board, and it is ok, you don't lose your pride or ego. We are all wrong every so often.

There are many players who are said to be troublemakers early, but go on to being productive, Allen Iverson is a good example. He was in jail, but now he is a family man.

People can change. Players can too.
