Can't blame Micah. He was literally being held so many times against the Rams, yet the officials hardly threw any flags on them Rams linemen for holding. These holds might even have contributed to Micah injuring his groin.

Does Micah have a case to call out the Refs, or does he simply need to be quiet?

100% right Micah definitely has a case to call the refs out.

Unfortunately it will probably do no good and make them call holding even less on him.

Possibly a better avenue would be to make Jerry or Steven take tape to the league office Make them review it and discipline the refs put the problem in Jerry's lap and let him deal with the problem.

The Rams were called for holding. Not as often as they actually held, but to say none were called is inaccurate.
Dallas got away with one on Donald on Pollards long run, he was held almost as bad as was against T. Smith.

And had no problem calling smith against Donald. Multiple times.

I wouldn’t be surprised if he tore his groin on that play right there

He was held on the last sack too that closed the game....he just needs to keep playing the way he is and the calls will come..

Coaches need to get vocal on the sidelines for this to change for Micah. Great defenses always had the coach in the refs arse to help with obvious calls. Always remember B. Cower just snarl and yell and Steelers got calls rest of game. ...............................If that doesn't work, can we just put Nick Saben on the big screen in a Cowboys jersey, instant calls then!

Welp, if you're slowing someone down, and you're not pushing against them, you pretty much have to be holding them.

What if the hand is flat pushing against the chest but the arm is wrapped around the body?

the HC should be in the ear of the Refs every time he gets held,Micah should let Mccarthy do all the talking.

He does not get the calls because of the rip move exception.

From the NFL rule book:

(1) When a defensive player is held by an offensive player during the following situations, offensive holding will not be called:

(i) if, during a defensive charge, a defensive player uses a “rip” technique that puts an offensive player in a position that would normally be holding.

Exception: Holding will be called if the defender’s feet are taken away from him by the offensive player’s action

Cameron Wake had the same problem as well because he was a heavy rip move user like Micah. If he wants to get the calls he needs to add some more tricks into his bag which sounds ridiculous because he is already so good, but he can get even better with a more diverse approach to getting to the QB.

Here is a demo of the rip move and you can see how it would put an offensive lineman in a compromising situation:
