he didnt lose wages... he was taken off the air, but he had a contract. Guarantee he was paid while off air. Pretty standard in things like this.

I absolutely thought he had a case if Marriott could not prove their employee’s accusation. Mike was thrown out of his hotel room in the middle of the night. Then from these accusations his employer removed him from participating in his job. Banished, embarrassed and public humiliation is absolutely a defamation lawsuit.

That’s entirely up to them . I’m not sure it was the facts which really prevented them but more of public perception because of the accusations along with his history .

And if it was up to me I wouldn’t reinstate him. But I’m sure it made the whole lawsuit go away.

This smelled like a money grab from the get go.

But he created this problem with his multitude of previous indiscretions. No accusation seems too far-fetched.

You're innocent until proven guilty unless you've been guilty so many times, it's logical to assume the opposite.

Reputations matter.

Dude is a loud mouth, and pretty classless....i dont see how he's even relevant.

As long as these shows continue having people like him on, or Stephen A or Skip Bayless, I'll just stick with the low budget in-house shows. I prefer substance over that garbage.
