Mike & Mike rate QBs in playoffs

Just a note, I was listening to this and they said these ratings took into account who the QB was playing this weekend. So Brees and Warner 1 and 2 has a lot to do with the fact that Brees will be playing the Cardinal defense and Warner will be playing the Saints D. They specifically mentioned that Manning was lower because he was going against a pretty good Raven defense.

And we have a winner!

Two things come to mind while reading all the claptrap on this thread:

1) A lot of you got it completely distorted while taking exception to Romo's ranking, when it was made very clear to those of us who actually listened to their show what the criteria would be.

2) That same said claptrap failed to realize that these were the OPINIONS of a media jockey and a former NFL defensive tackle long since retired.

Wow!

I could care less about the list, all that matters is that the Cowboys win.

How much more less do you think you could care? On a mathematical scale from negative -10 all the way to positive +10 (where zero rates indifference), where would your comment "could care less about" rate on this scale?

In terms of temperature where absolute zero is the lowest possible temperature where nothing could be colder and no heat energy remains in a substance, an indication where "couldn't care less" is achieved, at what temperature would your comment rate?

Sorry, couldn't resist. Just poking a little fun at you and not intended to disrespect (as our savior, Tony Romo, was disrespected because they didn't put him at #1;) ).

No respect (AS USUAL) for Tony. He'll show them on Sunday!!!

Right where he should be. Anytime you're a top six quarterback in the league, you're getting plenty of respect..

I'm okay with Romo's location on that list. But how the hell do they put Brees above Manning and Warner? That makes no sense. Brees has done nothing in the post season. And if you want to look at regular season success, how can he outrank Manning with 4 freaking MVPS???!!!!

Ridiculous.

How is this disrespectful?

1. Brees - MVP runner up and Offensive player of the year Runner up.
2. Warner - Just threw one of the greatest games ever by a QB against one of the top defenses in the league this year. Won Superbowls, went to last years game. Probable HOF player.
3. Manning - MVP and a lock for first ballot HOF. Won Superbowl.
4. Favre - One of the best seasons that he, a three time MVP has ever had and a first ballot HOF player. Won superbowl
5. Rivers - Had a case for MVP this year. His team is the only one that is hotter than Dallas going into the playoffs.

So what if Romo is listed behind any of these guys right now. If Dallas wins the Superbowl, then they will rearrange it. If anyone should feel slighted, it should be Manning and Warner.

Disrespected would be being listed behind Flacco or Sanchez. The five ahead of Romo are among the upper tier of the league, along with Romo. Nothing wrong with being picked last in that company.
