Jenkins has until Sept 20th to really be back at 100%.
Until then, Scandrick can play RCB and Ball can play in the slot in preseason or against the Bucs IMO.

He muscled up a lot when he hit the NFL and I believe that's where most of his problems are stemming from. He's been injured a lot recently and I hope that he can get that problem fixed. He's a class act and a terrific talent (when healthy) and I would hate to lose him.
