Mike Jenkins leaving the field on a cart *ankle injury, severity not known*

fingers crossed on this one. Lets hope he sits out the remainder of the preseason and camp and can be ready for the Gints in week 2.

Why cant we just have injuries to depth players??

Arch Stanton, check out the timestamp on the article (10:25). We've heard since that it is in fact a high ankle sprain.
I can't find confirmation of that... Am I missing something?

Depends on the severity of the high ankle sprain. He won't miss much of the regular season. The good thing about this is that we have a pretty versatile secondary. Sensabaugh could play corner if needed, Alan Ball can play CB or S...lots of options until Jenkins gets back

Jerry later said after practice their initial assessment is a high ankle sprain. The good news was that he is able to put pressure on it right now, but with high ankle sprains they can take time before the sensitivity kicks in.

Wondering if TO left his hyperbolic chamber behind...
The hyperbolic chamber is the best invention EVAR in the history of mankind!!!! The wheel, you say? Pffft.

If everyone had a hyperbolic chamber, David Buehler wouldn't be near as awesome. If hyperbolic chambers had been around in the early days of man, no one would have ever died.

:)

HyperBARIC oxygen folks. Not hyperbolic.
Hyperbolc chambers are eleventy billion times better than hyperbaric chambers, whatever those are.

david buehler should pee on jenkin's ankle, would be good as new then.

Somebody didn't get the joke

Or we are not in a joking mood. I don't care what Campo says, it is time to work out some veteran CB's. Not just because of Jenkins, but for when Newman gets his injury this year as well. We cannot sit on our hands and watch our season destroyed by one defensive back, like we have the last three years.

Somewhere a stand-up comedian just died.

Or this technique Mr Miyagi learned from Buehler...

The good news is that three of the first five regular season opponents are fairly weak, the two tough opponents (NYG and Car) are at home, and week 6 is a bye.

I remember the Rams and Cardinals being thought of as fairly weak last year also.

Never take a team for granted !
