I liked Richard's intensity... but that even seemed to cool down. I would really like us to have coaches that are fired up on game day. That hold players accountable, that call them out for dumb crap.
Someone that makes them earn those millions... I have a feeling half of our team would go crying to Jerry though. "Uncle Jerry, he is being mean to us! I just want to go to my safe place when he is around."
I don't think McCarthy is that guy.... Although people say he is hard nosed and all that, he seemed timid to me.
I really don't know how this is all going to work out.
I mean McCarthy had Rodgers, so how much was McCarthy, and how much were the players under him?
Nolan had good LBs that were good at stuffing the run. How much was the players, and how much was it him?
I said I liked the idea of a college coach, but would rather have an NFL coach right now... I guess I git my wish. Just not really sure I wanted it to be McCarthy. Nothing really pumps me
up about that signing. Well, other than Garrett is gone.
Nolan... who knows. Might be good as well.. maybe these guys will mesh really well. I don't think it would take much to push Dallas over the hump.
