You don't know that, why do people keep this crap up.
Because its true. And Jerry wanting this is healthy for the team.

"I've said this to [Moore]: I want those new ideas," Jones said with a smile. "I want them fought for until the glass breaks. Squeal. Holler. If they're not being implemented, call me, but let's get in here and do the kinds of things we do to get the most out of a very talented roster
Neither the offense or the defense has, so far, proved itself capable of consistently (please reread: CONSISTENTLY) delivering the goods in the postseason. The Cowboys have won 32 games in the last 3 seasons yet can’t get over the hump. The offense has been just good enough but the defense, minus the playoff game against the Rams, has been the best unit on the team. Linehan’s offense was old school and predictable. High school coaches were calling their plays just by looking at down and distance and how they lined up. Finally, we have a young, unknown by the league new offensive QB. I don’t think for a second it’s going to be Linehan’s offense with just some new wrinkles. His job is on the line. His reputation is on the line and Garrett is going to let him run this offense. I’m expecting a almost completely new offense. It can’t be any other way. You have to let a new offensive coordinator be the offensive coordinator. I know the Debbie Downer habitual whiners won’t agree, but that’s to be expected. They’ll say it’ll be the same ole same ole with just a couple new wrinkles. That’s what they do. Live as a pessimist.
Wow. He wants him to undermine his HC now. What a joke.

It is still Garrett's offense.
this sounds like he will have to be fighting garrett to make those changes lol and that isnt good.https://247sports.com/nfl/dallas-co...ett-status-message-to-Kellen-Moore-128676192/

Since 2007, when Garrett became OC, his offence has averaged top 10 in the league.
We don't need a flash-in-the-pan college offence, which is what I think some people would like to see. We need some creativity; someone who knows how to exploit match-ups, work to players strengths, & will bring in some new concepts. Hopefully Kellan is the guy.
Regardless of creativity, it's really all about execution.I’m more excited for this offensive scheme change than anything else this offseason. I just hope there is real change and they open up the offensive creativity.
There’s no reason to expect a new offense. Much like with Linehan it’s Garretts offense. Moore’s contribution will be play calling and schemes within the offense. The Cowboys have won 32 games in the last 3 seasons yet can’t get over the hump. Jesus what do y’all want? Moore to run the O or Garrett? Wouldn’t you want Moore to implement something new even if Garrett is holding him back lol. Is JG gonna sabotage the team if Moore goes to JJ, no.Wow. He wants him to undermine his HC now. What a joke.
All I said is JJ said it. That’s unequivocally true, again if you want to believe it or not is up to you but saying it didn’t happen is factually incorrect. Not exactly said as it was put, and do you really think he was serious about it. Another example of something being twisted into something it is not. But hey, like high school kids, fans will run with it and make it what fits their agenda.
I think it’s more of JJ just stressing that Moore will have a say and the scheme won’t be the same thing it’s been the last 3 seasons.this sounds like he will have to be fighting garrett to make those changes lol and that isnt good.

I would prefer them both not to be employed by this teamJesus what do y’all want? Moore to run the O or Garrett? Wouldn’t you want Moore to implement something new even if Garrett is holding him back lol. Is JG gonna sabotage the team if Moore goes to JJ, no.
Suddenly you’re worried about Garrett’s feelings and I don’t understand why
LMAO, posing as the "missing link".Maybe.
If Jason truly is on the hot seat, how likely is it he just gives the reigns to this guy?
I said JJ told Kellen Moore he could go to him, and that’s what Jerry said. The poster before me paraphrased it with a little more exclamation but the message was by and large the same. And it isn't factually incorrect for someone to paraphrase it and to make it sound completely different than what the actual context was?
Whatever, I don't care. It is not important, then, nor now.
