One thing to keep in mind as far as losing the conditional pick on CMike goes is that they were going to have a bonkers number of really late picks with the compensatory picks next draft. While obviously we'd be better off having the pick than a guy that didn't make it, I think it certainly has made them a little freer with spending those picks in trades this year knowing that there was no way 8 or 9 Day 3 guys were going to make the roster next year.

CMike was in response to Dunbar wasn't? White was thought to be a steal signing by everyone. Overall McClay had been tremendous in the off season.
