Good evening Pops and everyone.
Wishing everyone a Happy and Blessed New Year!

I won't go as far as you do with the dentist, in fact, have to be sedated just to get into the car to go, but it is a good pain that will lessen with your adherence to the PT guidelines. A pain you can work through as I saw my wife do.Morning Pops and Pop Tarts!
I start physical therapy today, and I'm pretty excited about all the pain I'm told I'll be in! Honestly, I don't mind pain when I know it's not doing damage. When I know it's actually doing good things for my body, it doesn't hurt as much. Even when I go to the dentist, if he only needs to drill for less than a minute, I forego the Novocaine, because I'd rather have pain for a few seconds than Eli Manning face for a few hours.
Have a great post-Humpday, and a better pre-Friday!
The therapy and core exercises my chiropractor had me do made my back feel better than it had in years, so that's something to keep in mind.......Unfortunately, until my shoulder heals, everything I did for my back will slowly undo, and I'll probably have to start all over again.I won't go as far as you do with the dentist, in fact, have to be sedated just to get into the car to go, but it is a good pain that will lessen with your adherence to the PT guidelines. Could not agree more with your "not doing damage" part. Trusting the fix is the trick because you will soon do things painlessly that were almost unbearable before. And my friend, you will notice how much pain really did ruin the quality of life before.
With Hector, my focus has always been on the end result so that makes it easier to handle the inconvenience and pain along the way. You have a goal, use that shoulder pain free and because that's your focus, you will get there faster.
