show it on the field when it counts...
I hope you're right....

On another note, I had a dream that Dallas blew out SF in the first game of the season, doing most of their damage on the ground....
once again, it was only a dream.........

Let's see a season of him tackling and covering and not on the sidelines with his hands on his hips when the defense is on the field.

I was just alluding to the fact that one of his problems last year was that he lost all confidence. We won't know how he's going to react this year once he gets burned a few times.

Oh I thought that it happened when we played them a couple years ago. Couldn't remember if Claiborne was on the team at that time.

Say what you want disappointment first two yrs, bust, gave up alot to draft him. The guy has transformed himself this yr. He's really physical. He showed it with a big TW and thenagain with a big WR from oakland. He literally stopped the guy and threw him to the ground. MO didnt even move. Of course he needs to stay healthy. But its clear this team isnt allowing any player to get back on the field until they are truly healthy.

But its refreshing to see Mo physical and not shying away from contact this yr.

It was a tight end

I think twitter and guys like Sherman have made bragging rights an even higher level of motivation for a guy like Claiborne. That and a nice paycheck for a break-out year. They go together. Respect for his craft is showing. I expect to see some good things from him.

Claiborne really seems motivated this season. But, he might need to be dialed back a little until the first real game. I really think, IMO...as bad as the defense was last year, it has to leave a bad taste in their mouths. (well, not Scandrick's lol idiot). It might look bad now, but I think the defense that starts against the 49'es is going to surprise. The Cowboy's showed some dog!

Maybe win one of them ...as some posters call them, "win or go home" games. The offense will do their thing...INT's and all...heard it before.

But, this defense is not going to be the joke some think it will be.

I'm pulling for Claiborne, but that 49er offense is stacked. Yeah, they have some guys on the o-line holding out, but our d-line is pretty weak too. They have too many receiving options with a scrambling QB. I see a shoot out.

It will be one of the best opening games of this season. I'm not going to even think about who will win. But, it is going to be a big game! I cannot wait! lol

Cheap shot? The guy lowered his shoulder and Claiborne made a solid text book tackle.

You're colored out as not impressed no problem, who's side are you on anyway? Is that you playing the Sax? LOL it's hilarious.

Let me guess your a fan but a realist...AKA "Cool Guy" right.

Yeah, nice chains bro.

Exactly my thinking...the TE lowered the shoulder and Claiborne stuck him. Funny how that gets twisted into Claiborne with a cheap shot. I swear our fans look for reasons to ridicule and downgrade our own players. It's sickening.

Yep. Whatever. His HC praised him for it today, so I'm sure he's ok with how that play was perceived.

So is Kirk cousins still outperforming RGIII in practice?

That has exactly... what to do with the Cowboys ?

My point stands.

Do you guys really think that he cares ?
He made it, and will get paid. Even if you cut the kid ( not that you would at this point, however) he will continue to get paid by someone.

I always have thought that many SEC DBs get overrated. He doesn't suck, he is simply average at this point. IMO.

I just want to see it, as one of your compadres stated...on the field. I haven't and looks like many fans feel the same way.

I think Claiborne has a ways to go before he proves anything conclusive to either himself, the team or its fans. Granted, it's to his credit that he's gotten himself into significantly better condition than last year. Whether or not his durability holds up and he's able to perform adequately enough to redeem himself remains to be seen, however. I'd truly like nothing better than to see him do that.

Why? Its clear the guy worked on his strength and his technique and being more aggressive with wrs. Idk if that will translate on the field. But its clear he worked on it. I guess people dont really comprehend what they read too good in todays day. Because all I mentioned was basically he worked on weaknesses he had over the winter and it shows.
