My Top 10

1 Calvin Johnson
2 Ted Ginn
3 Dwayne Jarrett
4 Robert Meachem
5 Dwayne Bowe
6 Sidney Rice
7 Steve Smith
8 Anthony Gonzalez
9 Craig Davis
10 Paul Williams

Not only is Johnson the best WR in this class, but he is the best overall player. To say otherwise is just trying to draw attention to your list or flat out ignorance.

Move Rice ahead of Meachem and Gonzalez ahead of Smith.

I don't know what he was trying to say, but, that was just funny as hell!

I'm still laughing! That hit a funny bone in me for some reason!

God Sidney Rice and Paul Williams are way over-hyped on this board. I can't believe anyone has either of them in the top 5. It's mind-blowing.

The Top 10 WRs looks like this:

1. C. Johnson
2. T. Ginn
3. R. Meachum
4. D. Bowe
5. D. Jarrett
_____
6. S. Rice
7. A. Gonzalez
_____
8. S. Smith
9. C. Davis
10. J. Higgins

I think the top 5 is pretty firm. 6 and 7 are pretty firm, as well. After that, it gets kind of wishy-washy.

Rice had horrible QBs throwing him the ball. Does anyone know Syvelle Newton or Blake Mitchell? Didn't think so. USC had no other receiving threats, so teams would slide coverage his way. Yet he still managed to dominate the SEC.

No one may have heard of them but gauranteed they played better then Ball.

Thought I had read a while back that Balls completion percentage was like 45% or something......

Im going to take a wild guess and say both of those guys where higher then Balls.

I'm just defending Rice, saying hes better than Johnson is ignorant. Rice's QB for the first half of the year was catching balls at receiver yesterday.

So when Jarrett runs a 4.6-4.7 forty will that drop him from your top 5?

These are the only WR I would take with the 22nd pick

1. Johnson
2. Meachum
3. Rice
4. Bowe

Never been a fan of Rice...he is more of an athlete than a WR. Probably due to the garbage offense SC runs.

Gonzalez above Smith is a toss up...I like both players.

Gamecock receivers are the new Florida receivers.

WAR Dwayne Bowe.

First off, Johnson would never make it to 22...secondly, just preferences or do you have a reason why 3 lesser WRs should be taken before Jarrett?

Yeah. Sure. Care to make a wager?

Hmmm. Am I going to listen to some fanboy who has Rice in his sig line in it? Or am I going to listen to what my own eyes have seen and every major scouting publication says.

Hmm. That is a tough call. I'm going to go with the consensus here and say that you are a delusional.

Of course, seeing as how much of a fanboy you are of Rice, that helps to explain the asinine position you took in the other thread where you were trying to talk down Ginn's speed.

Meachem made some big $$$ at the combine...this kid is a stud. If we took him at 22 I'd be real happy.

My top 10:

1. Calvin Johnson
2. Robert Meachem (This kid is a stud!)
3. Sidney Rice
4. Paul Williams
5. Dwayne Bowe
6. Ted Ginn
7. Steve Smith
8. Dwayne Jarrett (Is not in the top 5)
9. Jason Hill (I like this kid too)
10. Aundrae Allison

I could live with this pick as well.

You just called me delusional and asinine because I think Rice will go ahead of
Meachum and Bowe and because I think Ginn isn't going to run under 4.2 like everyone on this board seems to think he will?

Seems like you're narrow-minded, bored, and very confrontational when people make opinons that you don't agree with.

Wow. RCF, you've said a lot of... uh, "interesting" things here on this website. But this one takes the cake.

Sidney Rice is the 6th (maybe 7th behind Anthony Gonzalez) WR in this draft. The fact you have him over CJ, who is the best prospect in years, is... mind-blowing.

says you? in most place i read they have rice over gonzalez. but there hasnt been a wr prospect in i dont know when thats more polished and better then calvin. the guy ran a 4.34 40 at the combine. lol thats amazing for his size

No. I called your statements asinine and delusional because you are clearly a fanboy. And that explains why you were talking Ginn's speed down: you are into Rice over-hype mode which requires you to downgrade the other WRs. I have to assume you are a fanboy since his picture is in your signature and you are making over-hyped claims about where he will go in the draft. But you tell me I am wrong.

So how about this, fanboy: let's make a bet. If you are sure of it, then lets make a wager. Because I am sure that Meachum and Bowe go before Rice and that you have over-hyped Rice.

So let's make a wager.

If Rice does not go before Bowe and Meachum, you have to change your signature line to read as follows for a month:

The Rice Bet

I am a tarded fanboy who can't make an objective evaluation of players and over-hype the guys I like. Don't listen to me when I state opinions on the relative quality of players.
If Rice goes before Bowe and Meachum, I will change my signature line to read as follows for a month:

The Rice Bet

I can't evaluate players at all. I claim to be objective, but clearly I don't know what I am talking about. Don't listen to me when I state opinions on the relative quality of players.
So, fanboy, are you sure about it and willing to take a wager? Because I am damn sure that you have over-hyped Rice and he will be taken after CJ, Ginn, Meachum and Bowe. He will probably be behind Jarrett, too, unless Jarrett is just god awful on this pro day.

You're taking this a little far considering we're debating friendly about receivers in the draft that we're probably not going to get.

You're continuous reference to me as 'fanboy' displays how childish you are, and I refuse to ever engage in any other conversation with you because you don't know how to constructively have fan discussion on a message board.

I just made a statement that I think Rice will get drafted ahead of those two guys. I may be wrong, but I don't feel the need to **** all over people's opinions as you clearly have. I never disrespected you, nor have I ever felt the need to call you names. I sincerely hope you aren't grown, because this is pathetic.
