Whitney Cummings. She did this routine where she had a company make one of those romantic mannequin/robots of herself. When I heard of it, I thought that sounded creative and worth a watch. It wasn't. Despite that very unusual prop, she couldn't manage to think up any jokes about it that were actually funny. She just sounded like a whiny lady complaining about her ex. You can get that crap for free, if for some reason you want it.

Great answers everyone.

I would like to add Steve Harvey after the Steve Harvey Show. He was great in early 90s but once he really got into radio and entertainment, his material is just not the same imo.

No offense but he sounds like a nice guy but Jerry Seinfeld. Never really cared for his show that much would you believe!
Blasphemy! Seinfeld is probably, arguably the best series ever. Although, a case could be made that it still would be good without Jerry……Kramer and Costanza made the show. I do agree that his stand-up is blah.

His show was okay - one time. I don't get why people watch it over and over. There were some good gags, but some of it got tired.

I don't like that it's billed as "a show about nothing". Most sitcoms are, so it really isn't original in that sense.

Yeah, I like Seinfeld's comedy, both his stand-up and his TV show. I think he might be one of these comics that resonate with some people, but not others. Stephen Wright is like that, though his style is different. When Wright was on TV one time, my mom and I were busting up laughing at his jokes, but my dad was there, annoyed, saying, "That's stupid." He just didn't get it.
...
For me, Seinfeld seems almost like a little kid making observations about the world's absurdity. Wright, on the other hand, plays the part of a weirdo with a bizarre and twisted view of the world. These angles totally work for a lot of people, but I can see how they might not work for some.

Agree. And agree with the poster who thinks Seinfeld is overrated. Yet, I find many people who love his style and/or comments on his show. I think you're right about some comics resonating better with some people. I do enjoy watching his driving in cars with comedians Netflix show though. Seen a lot of those episodes. My wife still watches Seinfeld to this day, but for me, it's a one and done show.

The angle I still enjoy to this day is Mitch Hedberg. RIP. I love his comments on society's absurdities and wordplays. If you didn't like them to begin with, they probably have no staying power, but if it resonates with you, you still find it funny 20-30 years later.

I think many watch and rewatch Seinfeld because it coined a lot of phrases and created terms. True .. most sitcoms are about nothing but only one sold it. It was billed by them.

bert kreischer is insanely unfunny,
a version of jim belushi without any comedy chops whatsoever.

amy schumer is not funny at all
Kreischer was best in the beginning of his career with his thrill ride show. I don't think I've laughed more watching candid reactions on those crazy rides.
