Flozell, Felix and Folk....the 3 F's gotta go!! By the way, Marion would be just fine if our O line could do their job once in a while.

Is there any possible way you can make an educated argument for wanting Feliz gone? If so, please enlighten me.

Yeah, and it is also John Wayne's real name: Marion Robert Morrison. They don't come any manlier than The Duke!

You guys are dreaming if you think Newman is getting cut. He's had a good year, not his best but very solid and good. Blue-Chip CBS don't grow on trees. Newman still has it.

He gave up 2 plays yesterday, and the second one was a tough one. He didn't get a jam in cover 2 to ride that guy closer to the sidelines. That shouldn't have happened, and it hurt.

But, you know what.

They made one play on Jenkins and 2 plays on Newman, and they were held to 20 points. That is well below what they have been getting and average. Dallas should have won that game.

How about scoring after Newman gives you the ball back on the SD 30 instead of not moving the ball and sending the erratic kicker out there.

Better yet, how about running Felix Jones on the goalline to threaten the edges.

Newman isn't worth the money period. He's also become injury prone.

I am starting to think Tnew myself but I Also think it has a lot to do with the coaching. IMO He's still top 10. Looking at all the plays he gets burned on his playing 10+ yard off the ball. I have no idea why our corners aren't checking these WRs on the line....

My picks to be gone would be Ken Hamlin and Florence Adams.

Ken Hamlin is not warranting his contract and neither is Flozell IMO. Both need to go; I wish there was someway we could get Newman and Barber to take paycuts because they aren't playing up to their contracts either. Ugh, Jerry is too loyal sometimes.

Its obvious....we need better ILB play....

Carp....Bradie and even tho I like Brookings.....we need a upgrade there.

Safeties.......we need another Woodson....

and I like RW and Crayton but we need one of these two but not both as our top 3 WR's.

I think a quick fast and a solid route WR's is needed.

And....I dont know how we can do it....but our OL is missing something......is it coaching? but this OL has under performed for a few years now.

A winning team, with a 3-4 year window, would pay a whole lot of money for Newman. Newman is a pure cover CB who still runs a mid 4.3, and he has the respect of the NFL executives and GMs.

Newman doesn't run a 4.3 anymore, if he did, he'd be better than what he is. Age and injuries have taken away some of that speed. As far as winning team paying him a whole lot of money, well, that depends on your definition of a whole lot of money. Realistically speaking, nobody would claim and keep him for what's left in his contract, if he would be to waived.

I don't know if Newman was supposed to jam that guy on that 3-12 or not. I was just listening to Tony Dungy. Sensabaugh got there a little late, because the slot guy was open. Newman denied the inside, but Rivers stuck it outside, in a tight window, near the sidelines.

That play wasn't his fault. It was a bad defensive call from the start. However, he gave up a big play prior to his interception, where he got spunned everywhich way but up.

Once again, I'm not saying he can't play. I think he still can. My point is that the contribution he's making, does not justify his salary.

Anyway, the CBs are strong on the team. The team needs a ballhawk FS. Still, you hold SD to 20 points and can't score 24 when you should have and lose. 20 points was SD's season low.

I agree with all of that, especially the FS part.

For me, it is simple: Terri Newman.

I have watched him get owned by WR after WR for the last 2 or 3 years. He plain stinks. I can't stand this chump. His attitude stinks. He is/has been overrated. He never was that good. He is old and overpaid. I don't care which team he goes to. All I want is for this lousy, idiotic player to be gone from the Cowboys. I said it early in the season that I would have went with Ball over him. Newman is like a bad dream that keeps getting worse. I don't care about the cap hit. Good riddance. I will be so happy when he is gone.

I don't care if they put a junior high left tackle in his place, cut Flozell now.

We have them. RW has been slowly establishing himself as the posession type WR over the past couple of weeks. You can see it the development there. He's been getting more confortable just moving the chains instead of listening to the peanut gallery about being a " #1 receiver ".

Miles is the big play guy. Now, people confuse " big play " with " down field threat ". Well, Miles can do both, but his game is to turn a 15 yard slant into a 65 yards TD more than a 40 yard pass that results in a 65 yards TD.

Crayton is THE perfect slot/3rd receiver guy. He can move the chains, he can catch passes over the middle, and he runs very precise routes.

Very similar group to when Keyshawn, Terry Glenn, and Crayton were the guys.

The problem is that for some damn reason, the coaching staff ( probably Garrett ) don't see, or don't want to see, what's in front of them. I don't know if it's because they're too stubborn about the two TE offense, or whatever, but it's right there. I know Garrett has his own style and it's somewhat different from what this particular team was raised with ( Sean Peyton's offense ), but lord have mercy, take advantage of what you have.

There is some serious talent on this team, use it..

Some of you don't know the game at all. All CBs get burned. All of them. Newman and Jenkins aren't a problem. Scandrick is but even he has potential.

Cut Folk. Never seen a fall like he has done.

people say our talent is overrated, and I agree...

to an extent

it's overrated on D, but the collection on O is more than adequate

just Garrett is stupid

I think the vaunted Cowboys Offense has scored under 20 points in 4 games. Including 2 with only 7 points.

Thats scary.
