CP3 needs at least some MVP consideration. He's not going to win it obviously but dude has been playing out of his mind,

no he doesn't. He is quite overrated. Just the other day, they are down 5 with 19 seconds left, and instead of getting up a quick shot, he dribbles the ball around the court, wasting 10 seconds before passing it to a teammate. He does this all the time, just dribbles the ball around wasting clock and possessions. Also, along with James Harden, he is atop the league leaders in flopping.

Curry should be the MVP. Westbrook 2nd, Harden 3rd, Davis 4th, Lebron 5th.

He is exhausted dude. He's been playing 43 minutes because the bench sucks and he's had to do everything. Carry the scoring load and play good defense which no one else on the Clippers can do besides Deandre Jordan. If you think 22 and 12 is overrated then I don't know what to tell you.

He was only thing keeping the Clippers in that game against Portland that you are referring to. Shutting down Damian Lillard and dropped 36/12. If your're going to refer to one incident to make your claim, then it's a pretty weak argument.

He was the savior in NO, then in LA, and he has lead his team nowhere. He gets all the commercials, he gets all the fame, and all he does is choke in the biggest moments. He has done so his entire career. He is a great passer. He is great at anticipating passing lanes. He is great at flopping and crying for calls. He is great and taking cheap shots to the groin area when the refs aren't looking. He has improved his shooting quite a bit over his career. However, he is overrated and has been for a long time. His pathetic, childish antics are why he will never win a title. Instead of just playing the game, he has to flop, flail, whine, and play dirty. When he doesn't get his way, he sulks, and it costs his teams.

Let me rank the PGs in the NBA.

1. Russell Westbrook
2. Tony Parker - the most underrated great PG in NBA history.....he outplays most other PGs head to head and also winning %
3. Seth Curry
4. John Wall
5. Chris Paul (only because Rose can't stay healthy and Lillard has gone to crap)

oh and I don't want to hear the tired argument. he could have taken less money to get a better bench. maybe his teammates could have taken less money to build a better bench. they have the best 6th man in basketball with Crawford. They have Big Baby. They have Rivers and Barnes as well. So they aren't all that void of bench talent. Sure, they aren't the Spurs or Mavs with their depth, but they can go 9-10 deep.

I think you're letting your dislike for his on the court personality interfere with where you rank him as a player. Prime CP was one of the best PGs of all time. How could you rank Tony Parker (who is having a terrible season) and John Wall who's Wizard's have lost 12 of their last 15 above him. What has John Wall even done to make him rank above Paul? That is laughable.

Plus I'm pretty sure Paul would have been to a championship if he had Tim Duncan and Greg Popovich instead of Monte Williams, Blake Griffin etc..

Man.... we know that's a joke... CP3 is an excellent floor general. He's a ball dominant pg, which you don't see in a lot of systems anymore, its a new day and age, but at least he can shoot the rock and has excellent ball control, so he control what a defense does....... I read that comment last night, I just laughed and moved on....... Whats so weird is how confidently it was said, and with authority... it wasn't even an "opinion"....lol..hahaha...

since we're on the clippers... they need more floor balance imo ... the wing positions in the nba is the star position for most teams...and they can't compete at either wing (save wild man crawford, and thats only on offense, and inconsistently i might add). It also doesn't help that two of their best player can't shoot free throws late in games... and as good as blake griffith overall floor game is... his post game leaves a lot to be desired, I'm not doubling that guy ever in the post.

Ok so I wasn't the only one who spit my drink out when that dude ranked Tony Parker, Derrick Rose and freaking John Wall and Damian Lillard above him? Save for this year CP has been the best PG for 6-7 years. If only he can reach the Finals before he retires.

i put on my blinders and moved on... i was responding to you because it was crazy how he said it...lol... it was so pronounced, and with conviction....
hahaha...

The league has a lot of great pg's, its a pg era. CP3 is a futuer HOF player, and for good reasons. His playoff stats are ridiculous. (check them if you like.) The clippers team has holes, obvious ones, and they have cap issues that will probably keep them at mediocrity(not elite status i mean) unless they make some hard decisions, or the cap goes up. D. Jordan will get a lot of money this off season btw......... all of this in my option of course...

If anyone is watching the GS/LAC game today, the ability of GS to penetrated the LAC D from the wings, draw in jordan, then dish for easy layups is ridiculous.

I may have overstepped with Wall, but not with Parker. Head to head, Parker has the edge where it matters most, and it isn't even close.....Wins. Paul has more assists and steals, but Parker has more points. Parker also has 4 rings, one of which when he won Finals MVP.

You can sit here and talk about the rosters and who plays with who. There is no guarantee that Paul wins with the Spurs. Maybe he does, but maybe, just like with NO and LAC, he finds a way to choke in the postseason.

I take Parker over Paul everyday of the week, and twice on game day. For me, Parker is like Emmitt.....Paul is like Barry. Give me Emmitt and the rings every time over the highlight reel and sitting at home when it matters most.

Well if you're judging off playoff success then of course Parker would be number one and above Curry, Westbrook etc. But you didn't rank them like that.

The fact that you considered Rose (who hasn't done ****) since his MVP year and Lillard who likewise has been Paul's whipping boy since he entered the league AND hasn't had playoff success as well speaks volumes to me on your lack of objectivity towards CP3.

I'm as big a Spurs homer as there is on here, and I'd take Westbrook and Curry over TP. If we're also considering long term, then Wall and Lillard are on that list.

Mavs shooting has gone down the toilet... ugghh....
not a very fun team to watch at the moment....

Cuban made one move too many by getting Rondo. He has destroyed the team chemistry. He has a ton of talent, but he is a head case and has almost no jumper.

The Mavs were playing very well and now they are struggling. But I'm not complaining.....after tonight the Spurs can probably pass the Mavs for good with a win and a Mavs loss.

I think injuries has hurt them a ton... also, dirk is just, well....old.... I guess that's still not an excuse for missing open jumpers.

he never missed them against the Spurs.....but yes, he is old. they have had some injuries, but Rondo has really been a negative addition to that team.

he's not a fit, for sure, chemistry is off... but they're just missing shots, open looks and all... at first the floor balance was poor with parson's being hurt, chandler not there for the pick and roll option, and various other injuries... now they're just.. missing... tough to watch I might add...
Cavs put it on em.
