You think he’d still fetch top dollar with his off field behavior and current situation pending?Obviously

Maybe. I never mentioned anything about top dollar. You said trade value. He's a generational RB, arguably the best in the NFL. It's not even debatable that a team would sign him.You think he’d still fetch top dollar with his off field behavior and current situation pending?
I understand. I’m not debating that. But would he be discounted with his baggage?Maybe. I never mentioned anything about top dollar. You said trade value. He's a generational RB, arguably the best in the NFL. It's not even debatable that a team would sign him.
If it was your team would you sign him.Maybe. I never mentioned anything about top dollar. You said trade value. He's a generational RB, arguably the best in the NFL. It's not even debatable that a team would sign him.
If you did there’d be conditions written in and he wouldn’t receive what most RB with his credentials would because of his off field behavior. If it was your team would you sign him.
Yep. I would detail certain conditions in the contract. If it was your team would you sign him.
It's conjecture at this point. Unless he's suspended again, the value doesn't automatically get reduced because he got drunk and was an idiot. The baggage is what it is, but nearly as awful as some are making it out to be.I understand. I’m not debating that. But would he be discounted with his baggage?
In other words his trade value would be below what most generational RB would be ?
I would pay him well. Unless of suspension. If you did there’d be conditions written in and he wouldn’t receive what most RB with his credentials would because of his off field behavior.
Yep, injury is one thing. Suspension gets me paid back some money. Including upfront money.Yep. I would detail certain conditions in the contract.
That’s why I was asking what his trade value would be.It's conjecture at this point. Unless he's suspended again, the value doesn't automatically get reduced because he got drunk and was an idiot. The baggage is what it is, but nearly as awful as some are making it out to be.
And that’s the X Factor which effects his trade value and or 2nd contract.I would pay him well. Unless of suspension.
I would not but not because of this incident, which we really don't know the extent of or really if it qualifies as an incident. I wouldn't because he's wanting to be the highest paid RB at around 15-16M and I wouldn't pay that to any RB in the NFL now.If it was your team would you sign him.
One with a lot of extra money. Oh yeah that’s JJ..I would not but not because of this incident, which we really don't know the extent of or really if it qualifies as an incident. Any trade partner would have to be willing to do that plus give up a premium draft pick. There's not a GM in the league comfortable enough to do that, that would take an owner willing to take that risk.
Lol. Captain obvious.https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.c...el-elliott-understands-hes-got-to-be-smarter/
Great to hear that his coach thinks he knows he needs to be smarter, I wonder when it will actually be true?
Teams will wait for us to let him walk and sign him for less assuming he’s still in the league.I would not but not because of this incident, which we really don't know the extent of or really if it qualifies as an incident. Let’s hope nothing comes of this and he gets like Dez and learns to stay low and at home. If not goodell will run him out.Teams will wait for us to let him walk and sign him for less assuming he’s still in the league.
We’ll somehow figure out to not receive anything for him. The same brilliant way we managed Ware, Murray, Romo and Dez.
Yea, I’d suspect our Football Idiot would extend him before others will shell out for him. Remember we know how valuable he is to our QB who will be practically worthless without him. LolOne with a lot of extra money. Oh yeah that’s JJ..
My money is on the Thug not getting it.Let’s hope nothing comes of this and he gets like Dez and learns to stay low and at home. If not goodell will run him out.
Lol. Do you really believe that Dak is useless without him.Yea, I’d suspect our Football Idiot wound extend him before others will shell out for him. Remember we know how valuable he is to our QB who will be practically worthless without him. Lol
