NCAA 2018 College Football

I like college football, but the officiating in college is far worse than the NFL. It really takes away from the game at times. The replay system is too inconsistent and often doesn't correct bad or missed calls.

This is one of the dumbest things I've read on this board which is saying quite a lot.
Virtually ANY reporter would have asked that question.
That's the ONLY question Bama had.
Saban admitted as much himself when he answered it a few days later.

He was a jerk, is jerk and is also the best coach in college football.
Outside your goofy lame attempts to cape for him zero people are denying either thing.

Same as beating Ole Miss ragged is very impressive while beating Louisville minus a QB that managed to win 20-17 yesterday versus 0-3 Western Kentucky isn't.

You obviously have a personal issue. Your attempts to disparage him are laughable, but I guess we all have pet unpopular opinions.
 
this season more than the last seems like a forgone conclusion,Alabama is so much better than any team they are likely to play.

Yup.
They play a really soft schedule.
Partly due to just how bad Tennessee and Arkansas are.
But also because they get 4 non-conf games.

They will face a tough finish tho:
@LSU, Miss St, The Citadel(Basically a bye week), Auburn then presumably Georgia.

If one loss gets them in for sure they are almost assuredly in.
If not that last 4 in 5 games stretch could prove troublesome.
 
Heading to Baton Rogue in a few weeks to watch Georgia vs. LSU. Can't wait for that trip and to get some good cajun food.

one of my favorite places to eat is up the road in new orleans.
so, so many good options.
i end up walking miles when i go but still gain weight!
 
Penn State just completed their 7th straight game with 200+ rushing yards. Tonight 387 rushing crush over Illinois 63-24

What. 63-24 and 387 yards rushing. That doesn't seem possible, do the penn state running backs ever tire...:omg:
 
Omg can CFB be any more boring? Let’s just go ahead and start the playoffs now... OU, OHio St, and Clemson/UGA duke it out for the right to get crushed by Alabama.
Now we could all pretend that some Cinderella could sneak in or that one of those teams could lose but as has been shown, it won’t even matter, they will still vote those teams into the playoffs.
Condolleezza needs to introduce some parity measures. CFB used to be my favorite and I’d watch about any game on, I don’t even bother anymore.

Weird day in the Big 12. Texas looks like they're back, OU almost lost to Army, and Texas Tech is spanking OK State in their own stadium
