He was a Heisman candidate for most of the season.

Washington was the toughest matchup for Texas compared to Alabama and Michigan. Texas' strength is their DL and stopping the run but they are vulnerable against explosive passing offenses. Michigan and Alabama want to run the ball but Washington is one of the few teams that can afford to abandon the run and still be fine because of their QB and receivers.

Tucked away in Seattle and didn’t have the preseason hype he should have had.

He was this good last year.

I think it's because he's older and has injury issues, but I think he's the best passer coming out of college this year. He's really accurate and has good pocket presence.

His ability to avoid pressure in the pocket and his quick release impressive. He has pure skill and potential to be an elite pocket passer for a long time. I hope he has a good career in the NFL.

He has very good accuracy and strong arm but his mobility is a problem.

Did you see him avoid pressure in the pocket? I would call that mobility. Not every QB needs to run for 800 yards.

Very happy for Michigan. The NCAA overlords had it in for them. They stuck it to the man.
