I think you're mis-reading Dallas' post. He said, quite clearly, that they DID know what they were doing.

If they knew and let it go on, then they should have gotten the most severe penalty possible... if they knew about this, this punishment is a slap on the wrist...

It's with OU fans trying to deflect the attention away from what their beloved school did wrong, by screaming about other, similar miscreants...

Yes, USC deserves to get nailed hard by the NCAAA... but OU fans have NO standing to be complaining about that... let them get their own house in order, then maybe they can gripe...

Of course, the only reason I care is because I'm a Horns fan, LOL...
