Never been this disengaged with the Cowboys during a season

While I'm not a fan of McCarthy, however he never had Aaron Rodgers running 7 yd curl routes. His offense is limited by this quarterback. As was Kellen Moore, and Scott Linehan.
Even Jerry is aware, which is why I cannot understand why he offered this contract, it made no sense at the time, and will make less by seasons end.

I can't help but think Jerry has some large plan, so I'm just watching this season play out.

So for now, I'm taking the Morpheus approach, the answers are coming.

In regards to the thread, with this offseason I never got engaged with the team.
They once again did their no cap space dance, ignored March, re-signed Zeke LOL, hope and prayers in the draft to solve everything.
Dragged negotiations till August on CDL and Dak till they folded. Got no compromises on either deal.
Yea, I'm in all in as a fan.

THIS is why we can't begin to go forward until FO/Jerry is serious about a culture change. It's amazing when you consider the momentum of three 12-5 is gone and that would be OK IF there is a plan to rebuild. Maybe there is and we don't know it yet........I mean what we are now seeing could be the beginning of 2025 rebuild.

How could rebuilding be an option after signing Dak? If rebuilding was the plan they would have waited till after the season . . . and Lance would be starting against the niners

I think 99% of us are. Look how many new threads are started here compared to last season and the season before that.

The Jason Garrett years killed me and once he iced our Kicker and lost the game my disinterest started increasing at an exponential rate each season. It's going to take a major coaching hire like Parcells and Jerry taking a back seat to ever get me back on board.

I'm going to watch a little bit of this San Francisco game and then turn it off when it starts to get out of hand. I don't know when I'll turn another game on. I guess when I am really really bored and have nothing else to do.

I really feel like I was in the top 1% as far as fans go regarding knowledge of the entire roster and enthusiasm and all that's gone. Now I'm in the bottom 1%. I can't even name the entire starting lineup and I don't know who we drafted outside of Tyler Guyton. I just don't remember and I never cared to really learn anyway.

After prime time games , I could never get to sleep , especially if they lost . Nowadays , I have no problem . In fact , if they are losing , sometimes I will shut the tv off at halftime and sleep like a baby .
