Wait until Sanchez is a few games in. He threw 2 picks today so he wasn't outstanding. And 'He went to 2 straight AFC title games.' Give me a break he was definitely not the reason they went to two straight AFC title games. The Jets defense and running game was very good. He was just bus driving that thing along. When they needed him to win those title games he couldn't do it.

For that 1 whole drive? I believe Sanchez played considerably more today? I could be wrong. Now I'm not saying Sanchez is going to come out next week and shoot the lights out, but he definitely showed he has some gas in the tank.

When teams gameplan, they do so for the starting QB which is why its often that the backup looks decent coming in midgame. Kelly's system will help but I don't believe Sanchez will light the world on fire.

I'm not so optimistic... Maybe it's due to the fact that a certain Commanders 3rd string QB (who hadn't started a game in nearly 3 years) helped get a win over the Cowboys last week.

Eagles fans like Sanchez over Foles right now because Foles has not turned out to be the QB that they thought he would be this season. The back up QB is always more popular if the starter is struggling. But at least wait a few games before they crown Sanchez as the QB that will make them a serious playoff contender. lol

So tell me how much different Sanchez is from Foles? Foles is not a good QB. Unless you just look at stats on paper and don't watch the games. The QB is the least important aspect of a Chip Kelly offense. He faced Sanchez while at Oregon so he knows what he is capable of. And that's why he signed him. Knowing he could come in and take over.

I'll say he looked much better than our spare backup we have.

He also had no weapons what so ever with the Jets. But he beat Brady head to head on the road in 2010 while throwing 3 TDs and no picks.
