With all the missed tackles last night, good luck to this defense trying to tackle Fields.

And for Guyton, he gets the best 2 DEs the next 2 weeks - Watt and Hutchinson.

As bad as Pittsburgh has been the last 3 years, Mike Tomlin has never had a losing record in his career. Anyone who thinks Dallas should win next week is nuts.

Arthur Smith is a run game genius. I’m not buying 26 yards vs the Giants as a sign the run D is fixed. Just look at the 4th and 1 where Singletary is stopped 5 yards in the backfield but makes everyone miss and gets a first down.
typical dallas defense

Nuts? We have won 39 games the last 3 years and change and the Steelers haven't won a playoff game since 2016. The Steelers are averaging 17 points a game. They are certainly beatable.

The last time we faced Fields he had one of the best days of his career playing with a 3-13 Bears team. He completed almost 74% of his passes with 2 TDs. His passer rating was 120.0. He also had 60 yards rushing and the Bears put up 29 points. The Cowboys put up 49 points.

I guess I’m not that impressed with Pitt as you guys are. Winnable game and a run game that’s closer to the Giants then Ravens or Saints.

I expect another tough fought close game that can go either way.

As usual it depends on what team shows up.

We lack a running game but they can get creative with getting Lamb involved in the run game and throwing underneath.

Perfect matchup for us at this time. A hard fought battle to toughen us up some.
Agreed. Pitts ain't all that. They are very similar to NY on offense, with a much better defense.

That’s OK - Taco Charlton is the Cowboys’ secret weapon.

Myles Garret was going to “ wreak havoc “ I didn’t see it . Going up against these types of top caliber players make the young linemen better for it . I am hearing some good things about Terrence Steele and the lack of pressures he’s giving up and not alot of penalties from Steele . Good for him .

Yeah, with Dexter Lawrence probably being double teamed on most plays, Steele had to deal with Brian Burns all night. That's their 30 million dollar man out there. Did he make any noise? I don't think so.

Of course Pitt is beatable. But I don't think the last 3 years, or the last time they made the playoffs has anything to do with next week.
