If Garrett can start beating a team over .500 I wouldn't mind it either....but only beating losing teams doesn't say much for his coaching. His record speaks for itself

You want to beat all the teams you should beat. Then, get better players.

This is actually one of the things I like best about JG as a HC. He wins all the games we should win. We've lost against good QBs because we can't keep them from passing more efficiently than we do.

When is the last time we beat a team with an elite QB?

If Breese comes out and has his way with us then it just shows that its going to be impossible to win in this league with this defensive scheme.

There isn't much 'scheme' as much as players.

So Austin Davis is now a good quarterback? Like the Matt Flynns of the world before him?

The Dallas Cowboys, we MAKE quarterbacks (for our opponents anyway...)

The key will be the offense playing an error free game. Get to the 2nd half close or with a lead and then somehow come up with a few stops on 3rd downs.

I don't think the measuring stick is that long. It'll be game 4... The only measure I count willl be whether they will be 2-2 or 3-1 and 2-1 in the conference.

Saints are about as beatable as they've ever been in recent years. If the Cowboys win, I won't be counting style points. #byanymeansnecessary

They can beat the Saints. People have last year's debacle fresh in there mind, except the fact they forget they started that game depleted on defense, Lee went out after the second drive, Durant before the half, Ware was playing with one arm, Hatch didn't play at all....it was a total disaster from a personnel standpoint.

I'm not saying they will pitch a shutout, but people are making these guys out to be the 70's Steelers or 90's Cowboys. They are 1-2 and didn't look all that great this week in winning.

Most important guy on the defense will be Melton. He needs to step up and get pressure up the middle, if he does the Cowboys can keep them in the 20's.

It will be a close game, if Romo is up to the task and Murray doesn't grease his palms again I think they have a very good chance to win it.

Let's put it this way. He's better than Sam Bradford.

The way Dallas is struggling to cover TEs, this is the last guy you want to see coming to town. Hopefully the defense can step up and get the job done.

So you think I should play Jimmy Graham in my fantasy league this week? ;)

Can Dallas win this game? I think they can but again I'm sure if we do all of a sudden they will be not considered a winning team.

I don't think anyone on here will say that if the Cowboys win. The only way that would happen is if Brees gets hurt during the game.

More reason to game plan 30+ runs. 23+ to Murray and 7 to the others including Romo scrambles. We tried the keep up thing with them last year and it was a disaster with Murray running well. We run, we win! Simple as that. It's not like NO has a juggernaut defense.

There isn't much 'scheme' as much as players.

Not in this defense there isn't.

IT's basically us sitting off the receivers and not challenging anything they do.

Dallas at the very least could show the offense some things that makes them have to think instead of playing so basic all game and allowing QB's to play in a comfortable environment.

If they win, it's a good win against a team with offensive talent that many predicted for the playoffs or even Super Bowl.

It would be a good win if it happened, regardless of the Saints' current record.

But let's not try to minimize when it doesn't happen and we again prove only capable of beating bad teams.

I get a kick out of people already trying to make it a no-win situation to temper disappointment when they don't win a game they've proven they cant win.

I think McClain could have probably played this week. There was a reason they had him sit and try to get healthy. He will be back for the Saints and I think we will see the dividends of that. I don't know if we will win, but if we do, I like our chances against the Texans, and the chance for a 4-1 start.
