Next year Dallas, Seattle, and GB fighting for the NFC again

I see Seattle, Dallas, and GB as the class of the NFC.

Does anybody see it much different next year as this year?

Why those three will be in it in the end next year

• Seattle -- core still together, they'll probably actually draft a couple of receivers, still the incredible defensive backfield.
• GB -- core still together assuming Cobb is resigned. Ascending OL. Seemed to have an ascending defense in the end of the year. Rodgers is still there. Ascending young offensive talent in Lacy, Davonte Adams, and Ha Ha Clinton Dix on defense.
• Dallas -- Great OL shockingly still ascending. Ascending young talent like Lawrence and Hitchens continuing to improve. T. Williams and Beasley still ascending.

Possible reasons why not

• Seattle - Big question whether Lynch will be back. Maybe people are figuring out their offense. FA defections.
• GB - If they can't resign Cobb. Rodgers has shown himself to be injury prone the last two seasons. They got a big pop from Peppers this season, however, he just turned 35 and probably can't be counted on again.
• Dallas - Going to be a challenge to replace Murray. Romo will be 35 and getting to the point where, unless he is protected, it can go south very quickly. Not a single real blue-chip player on defense although Lawrence may have that potential.

I agree... although I think it will be more than likely Dallas & GB. I think Seattle will be a little bit more of a wild card. With regards to Lawrence, nobody knows what will happen with him, I would never even assume he is blue chip until he can prove it. As long as we can fill DM's shoes, we will be a contender again. Also, we get Sean Lee back if he can stay away from injury.

If the Giants resign Pierre-Paul, they have a real chance to be in the mix. Their offense was significantly improved down the stretch, and it seems unlikely that they would have an injury situation as they did in the secondary where they lost 4 of their top 5 corners for the season. They need to figure out what to do with Antrel Rolle, and they have to improve their offensive line and LB corps, but they have the potential to cause teams problems.

I think the three teams above are the front runners, but Seattle also has to worry about coaching defections as well. They will be replacing their defensive coordinator for the second time in three years, and Quinn may take others with him. If they lose Lynch, they will be losing the heart of their team.

I think it's impossible to predict. Who's going to be next years Niners or Saints?. Both teams did much worse than predicted? Who's next year's Cowboys who came out of nowhere?.

They have to replace Todd Bowles, and have a big decision to make on Larry Fitzgerald. They have some real questions going into 2015.

No idea yet but their defense is on the cusp, only a matter of time before their offense is stable enough to make it in.

They need to become a lot more disciplined than they currently are to make the playoffs. No team takes more dumb penalties than the Rams do. And, there's that pesky QB position.....

Off the top of my head, I'd pick Dallas, Green Bay, New Orleans and Seattle to win the divisions. Let's say the NYG, Phi and Minnesota as the wildcards. ( I am projecting a seventh playoff team next year)

Ne, Baltimore, Indy and San Diego as division winners in the AFC.
Wild cards Pittsburgh, Buffalo and Kansas City

The Giants will have Cruz back. He will combine with Beckham to make a pretty formidable pair of receivers for Eli. If they tighten up that defense and find a running game, they will be in the mix.

The Eagles cannot be ignored. Although they do have questions at QB. Is Foles the guy?

The Rams are another team that seems like they are on the cusp of taking the next step. They got to get better QB play though.

As for what I see... I think NYG will be our biggest competition in the division next year. I like GB again in the North and either the Saints or Falcons in the South. If Rex Ryan can fix that defense, they'll be a real contender.

Seattle finally has to pay Wilson so they may take a step back next year, although I still think they'll win that division.

Seattle will not be the same team next year. With Wilson on the verge of signing a huge contract they will not be able to sign some of their Free Agents therefore I don't see them as being as strong as this year.
