Yea, im reading that Stephone Anthony most likely won't make the final cut with the saints. I remember him having a pretty terrific rookie year as their mlb but he had a down year last year after being moved to slb. He's only 25, so I'm surprised the saints are do quick to give up on him. I'd definitely be interested if he is indeed cut.Indy and the Saints are two teams with a glut of MLBs. A useful one will be cut from both teams. Spence is the odd one out in Indy.
He has no lateral movement or agility. Intriguing but too slow for NFL.Yea, im reading that Stephone Anthony most likely won't make the final cut with the saints. Reports are that Stephone Anthony as a high ankle sprain.Yea, im reading that Stephone Anthony most likely won't make the final cut with the saints. Escobar released by the chiefs, what a colossal 2nd rd bust he was and the sad part is the number of great players drafted well after him.
Really? I remember him being all over the field his rookie season and thought he was going to be a fixture for their D for years. He finished that season with over a hundred tackles and a couple of takeaways and scores. He has no lateral movement or agility. Intriguing but too slow for NFL.
Yea, I've read that too, but was even before the sprain, they brought in a gluten of new LBs. I wonder if it's really serious or if it's the saints reasoning to not play him.Reports are that Stephone Anthony as a high ankle sprain.

I think it bears mentioning that we're 28th on the waiver wire chart. So if a player is cut, we have to hope a lot of teams pass on the player for us to get a chance. And chances are, if a player makes it to us, they probably aren't going to be great.
Now, I'm not sure if a player like TJ Ward has to pass through waivers. He'd really help the secondary, but I really think our coaches want to stick with the guys we have. I honestly think we'll be looking for depth guys at OL if we are looking for anyone at all.

Including BellEscobar released by the chiefs, what a colossal 2nd rd bust he was and the sad part is the number of great players drafted well after him.
