No you don't need a physical altercation...... It was taunting , end of story, you can try to rationalize it all you want....don't want to be fined, act like a professional when you score, it is after all, "Professional" football, not the XFL so try to act like a professional...

I dont care what they're being paid, these guys are 22 years old in a sports game. He was pushed after scoring and responded with a bye-bye. Big darn deal. Being "professional" has nothing to do with this situation as many in his position would have pushed back!

Why was he pushed? Could it be because he was taunting on his way into the end zone? Look, I think it was a cheap shot, but it was legal and if I had to guess, I'd say it happens in at least 40% of the games played, without penalty. I don't think the wave should've garnered a fine, but it's within the rules of the game.

Well I have news for you, the league doesn't care what you think, they care about the image of the NFL shield and what that represents to Sponsors....And it isn't new that the league has been cracking down on these taunting stunts by players for the last few years by either issuing a 15 yard penalty during the game or in this case after the games final play with a fine....... the fact CeeDee decided to shut things down ten yards from the end zone instead of just running it in then there wouldn't have been a push as he crossed the end line now would there....do you think maybe that contributed to the league issuing a fine...

Not my rule, but it holds them accountable and hopefully teaches a lesson at that age.

No we're being ridiculous.....they need to show some class and set a good example for the millions of kids that look up to them...what's so hard about that? Just like running to the endzone after a turnover....I don't care for that stuff.

McCarthy needs to tell these guys to stop clowning and just get in the endzone and don't play around after you score a TD. We've already seen the refs snatch a TD from the chargers when we played them. Last thing we need is to be in the playoffs and CeeDee and Zeke want to get cute and they end up getting stopped short of the endzone or the refs hit us with a penalty.
