Anyone see the heated discussion just now regarding the Cowboys, and in particular Dez? At least one guy was defending him.

Basically Brian Billick and Shaun O Hara were saying Dez needs to grow up and he has been in the league long enough that he should have learned by now.. O Hara went as far as to say he is putting himself before the team. Michael Robinson went at them!!! He said ...you guys want Dez to learn, who in Dallas is gonna teach him? And then Billick says..that comes back to the culture in Dallas, its awful.

But anyway it was pretty heated. Good TV.

Geez, Brian Billick really has a problem with our Boys. Now he just says.....Lets stop talkin about guys like Dez and Greg Hardy and lets start talking about Luke Kuechly.

I'm not sure why some of these media folks are so Teflon coated. No need to say their own apologies when they are completely wrong and no accountability whatsoever. Dez should have received a formal apology several times over this year on reports that either had no proof at all or were completely proven wrong.

That JJT tweet was ridiculous. I didn't know that he tweeted it, but it is time for him to be assigned somewhere outside of the Dallas lockerroom. No one would blink twice if he left midweek and were replaced by someone new, yet he reports as if he is the main attraction.

They have another segment coming up if you want to see it. "Drama in Dallas" is how they're labeling it. I think its coming up right after the commercials. NFL Network. Lets see if they tone it down a little this time.

Some of you guys just have blinders on but that is ok

One day someone will write a book and you will find out what the locker room culture really was

Some of the behavior that Dez and Hardy have shown over the last 2 years is unacceptable and immature. These things don't happen in a vacuum. There is a lot more going on that we don't know about. It is also reflected in the lack of preparation and conditioning the players have shown this year.

But please keep making excuses for the players and coaches on a 2-6 team blindly

They did actually make a good point. Saying in Indy when Peyton went down and the Colts stunk because of it, there was some house cleaning done. And that even though it won't happen in Dallas, they did not have an effective Plan B....for winning if Romo wasn't around.

Chemistry sure does make a difference. Last year when you had Red, Romo, DeMarco and Witten were all hangin out and going to basketball games and winning all was good. When things are going well this other insignificant stuff doesnt happen as often and doesnt get the same attention.

This is what kills me. How many teams could lose their star QB and WR and half of their defense and still be top tier?

New England probably about it.
