Probably nothing. But Jerry is such a huge part of the equation you cannot simply take him out.
He created a circus of a game experience that draws heavy scrutiny from NFL purists and he is too stubborn to realize that he is the problem.

Yep. I don't know about 'one of the most dysfunctional' teams, but the owner brings enough dysfunction with him that it's a competitive disadvantage. That's really enough in a league where you have to minimize mistakes and limit big risks. Jerry's willingness to spend money and desire to win help us out, but the meddling with the staff and the swinging for the fences really hurts.
