You clearly did not read this well or I didn't explain it well. We manipulated our salaries by front loading the contracts which was nothing wrong with that. Jones and Snyder were smarter than the other owners in doing this. Many people including the media were on our side about this. One of the reason why CBA went through was for the Cowboys and Resskins to be punished or the owners would not signed the agreement. Mara pushed this and Jones did not oppose like Snyder did because he did not want to go against the other owners although many people thought he should had. I have said this several times in other posts.
