stop signing and drafting players with questionable drug and off field issues...it's that simple!!

Questional off field issues could pertain to a lot of players.

Not yet suspended under his current suspension. He was still under the 10 game but the full season hadn't been issued yet, which is the entire point of the thread you're misunderstanding.

Exactly......he was still on Game 8 of the 10 game suspension

The NFL had also just notified him of the new Year long ban but he was appealing it

They did not have to allow him to practice 2 weeks early and they didn't because he was appealing the new 3rd suspension...they didn't have to do him any favors.... 'he is not in compliance" now makes sense

But they had to let him play Week 16 when his 10 game suspension ended........his year long ban was still being appealed so they couldn't stop him from playing.....once his appeal was heard and denied on Jan 3rd his year long banishment officially began
