NFLPA Files Temporary Restraining Order! **merged**

So I have a question.....The Nfl games are huge in the betting world....so by Goodell ruling randomly and suspending certain players for b.s does that open up the Nfl to be investigated for game fixing and or racketeering?... This Zeke suspension directly affects the outcomes of games

Yea. Nope.

People keep acting like the league can just do whatever they want here but while Article 46 gives Goodell wide latitude, he is still bound by labor laws.
Child labor laws maybe . Lol

But seriously what discrimination has occurred here. Conduct detrimental to the league is a judgement not an absolute.

Has it been determined the judge will rule on the case?

Zeke is there right now. My understanding is that the judge can hear the reason for the filing, and if he agrees, he can delay his ruling until Henderson's decision drops. Then, the Sherman judge can grant a TRO if he deems it justified.

I know this. Jeffrey Kessler is more accomplished than the NFL's attorneys. He's two steps ahead of them on everything so far.

Now there's a great question . It will definitely effect the betting line.

Except he wasn't punished for conduct detrimental. Keep up.

He was punished under the DV policy for those specific allegations made by Thompson.

You keep saying inaccurate things.

NFLs lawyers are pretty stout as well. Adolpho Birch was the SCJ of Tennessee and Dan Nash also has a lot of high profile cases that he's won.

DV is part of the personal conduct policy which is detrimental to the league . I know the difference SA.

At this point I think all the lawyers involved are good enough to make a case. It comes down to who has the best case. I have an opinion about that.

You ever had a discussion with someone who hasn't learned all the facts? Its REALLY irritating, isn't it?
It's a common thing actually. Very common. That's why I learned to keep my mouth shut in public. Sometimes I slip, but my wife is generally there to keep me from getting lynched.

Everybody hanging on hoping their suspended women beater can play Sunday. Lol
