I was asking if the judge has stated he'd rule on the case? The NFL filed earlier today there was no basis .

All that does is create doubt. It hasn't proven his innocence.

All I kept reading about is the appeal and subsequent court hearings would NOT be about about innocence or guilt but about the process. So at this stage, his innocence doesn't matter legally. But the process has been exposed to be very corrupt, unfair, etc. and supposedly that is all that counts at this stage.
 
The NFL policy is not a court of law. The burden is on Elliott.

People keep acting like the league can just do whatever they want here but while Article 46 gives Goodell wide latitude, he is still bound by labor laws.

You are clearly out of your league here when you claim things like 4 investigators found him guilty.
