Let's analyze this...
If Condon can represent both receivers, who can talk to each other, why can't the teams also talk to each other on the other side?
This seems like a late negotiating ploy by Tom Condon. Doesn't he represent both receivers?

Story on possible collusion between Cowboys and Broncos:
NFLPA is reviewing information to determine whether there was collusion between the Denver Broncos and Dallas Cowboys on the unsettled contractual situations of franchise WRS Demaryius Thomas and Dez Bryant, per an NFLPA official. The NFLPA believes the Broncos and Cowboys had contact about each players’ contract when the collective bargaining agreement prohibits such contact. The NFLPA now is trying to determine if collusion did occur and when to possibly file a claim. The deadline for the WRs to sign long-term deals is Wednesday of next week.
It appears that the agent for Thomas is Todd France.
Apparently, CAA (where Condon leads the football operations) is trying to acquire France’s Five Star Athletes Management. France would become an employee of CAA. I don't think the acquisition has happened yet.
Jimmy Sexton is Tom Condon's partner at CAA and he represents Julio Jones.
One is collusion and the other isn't
Owners getting together to hold down salaries is collusion
Players getting together to ask for more is not
You mean COLLUSION like the NFL punishing the Cowboys and Commanders for contracts given during a NON salary cap year?
one is legal, one is not, but in practice they are doing the same thing.
Adam Schefty just reported
I'm not even sure what that means.
So does this mean a long term deal with Dez is not likely to happen by the deadline?
