You need to learn what libel means. Libel means making a knowingly false report in print with the express point of causing harm to the person you are speaking about.

Do you really think that's what's happening here?

Or, is your arrogance getting the better of you again?

I used libel because these are written comments. You should take the internet less seriously. Unless using the legal precedent for a word online completes you somehow.

In that case. Carry on.

Typical response from a person who demeans others constantly, but when he is caught in a statement that highlights his lack of knowledge, he claims others take words too seriously.

You're unreal. Admit you didn't know what it meant. Anyone else with a clue would.

Not trying to jump in here ... But if you are calling someone's written statements on a forum on the internet libel .. Then aren't you taking the Internet too seriously as well?
Just curious

It was Romo's decision and it was a bad decision with all the time that was left he should have gone for a high percentage throw to either Witten or Beasley to pick up the first down.
2.He actually had 3 catches for 38 yards but it could have been 4 catches for 70 yards and a TD had that play not been overturned.

I agree , beasely was open in the middle for short 5-6 yard pass.
Romo saw the single cov on dez, then got a rush, so just threw it up for dez . he may have decided before the snap.
2. even still not great for a superstar? and he didnt make the catch or good enough one.

He owed nearly a million bucks on jewelry when he got his first paycheck
That means he borrowed nearly a million bucks to buy jewelry which to me doesn't scream of being fiscally responsible
That's a huge percentage of his pay if you look at his after tax income
For jewelry!

What the heck was he buying ?? lol ear rings, necklaces?
I know if I was going to suddenly get a million a year, the last thing on my list would be jewelry! lol ...... in fact it would not even be on my list.
I dont need any shiny rocks or metals.

The same people who didn't want that pass going to Dez when he finally had man coverage would be the same that would complain if a short pass was picked, incomplete or led to 1st down but eventual stalled drive.
I promise you that. No debate.

You get Dez one on one with a chance to drive a stake through the heart, you do it if you have the ability to do so. Dez is that good and the QB executed the play to perfection.

not on 4th down, I would go for the 1st down. Then if it doesnt work out I am not gonna say we should have thrown to dez on 4th down.
I might complain but it would be about something else in rest of the drive.
Dez on that play was 50/50 , you get better odds with short pass to beasely.

If can't make it on the 30m+ he will have made thru this year then he will never make it.....

lol different needs or wants, I think he wants a 20 mil car?? then dont forget a mil a year just for jewelry upgrades!!!!!!!
Cant be wearing the same ear rings year after year !
I read that some singer from the 80's currently pays her hairdresser 40,000 a month ! lol so they need more money than regular folk.
if you go buy a big estate /house, then you have maintenance & property taxes etc. which can be quite high.
Thats why rock bands do the reunion tours, they run out of money due to way they live .

I don't even feel bad for them. They lived it up and can tell people how they blew 40m. Great story. Real original.

What made it such a bad decision there was 4:42 left in the game and the Cowboys had a manageable 4th and 2 play that Witten or Beasley would have been very difficult to defend in that situation. Had Romo made that decision and picked up the first down the Cowboys could have run down the clock. The closer they got to the endzone would have brought a fade pattern to Dez into play and good luck trying to stop him on a fade in the corner of the endzone with a playoff game on the line. The odds go way up on Dez catching a fade route in the corner of the endzone as opposed to a jump ball from 32 yards out. I could understand throwing a 50-50 jump ball to Dez on a 4th and 6 or longer or had we been under a minute to play in the game but not with well over 4 minutes to play needing only 2 yards for a first down.

Had the Cowboys just gone for the first down and patiently scored they could have left the Packers with little time to answer. After the Cowboys failed 4th down play the defense couldn't stop Green Bay even though all they were trying to do was milk the clock. The Packers went from their 33 to the Cowboys 28 yard line in 2 1/2 minutes which allowed Rodgers to take a knee with 1:43 left. The way the Cowboys defense was getting toasted in the second half going for broke on a 4th and 2 play with well over 4 minutes to play made no sense. Pick up the damn first down, milk the clock some while moving closer and leave a fade opportunity for Dez in the corner of the endzone.

I totally agree, I was shocked when romo threw the pass.
With 4 min left had they got 5 yards and a 1st down they could have maybe ran most of that time off.
That would also make GB use their timeouts so when they get the ball they have no timeouts.

Dez on that play was 50/50 , you get better odds with short pass to beasely.

Romo made the right play and executed it to perfection.

The rush was already approaching before Beasley even made his break. Hindsight says he completes it to Beaz but we 100% for sure will never know.

Even if he did, they still had complete a drive where any number if things could have gone wrong.
Sack/fumble, tip and pick, completion and pick, another Murray fumble, penalties, a bad throw pick, or just a normal stalled drive.
He had the chance to circumvent all of that and executed. Dez did catch it, but he extended for the TD and the refs said no dice.

But in fantasy land we are allowed to do a rewind Madden style. I can admit that much.
