Nobody will respect the Cowboys if we beat up the Cards

The regular season is kind of an exhibition season for the Cowboys. Stephen A is already covering himself with the Cowboys will turn into pumpkins come playoff time. My concern is that Washington might be a 10+ win team like Dallas and Philadelphia. That might make getting the one seed impossible. Overall though we have a good football team that no one wants to play.

Sounds good to me, but people will still say "we're going to beat up on washington" etc etc, I guess because of years past

Reading your entire post isn’t the problem. You do a poor job of formulating your thoughts on the threads you start. Maybe post 1 less thread a day and spend more time composing a coherent thought. I would keep an eye on Buffalo at Washington Sunday. Their defense is second tier and have offensive weapons.

I disagree. The Cardinals are a professional football team who have players on their team that are paid millions to play in the best football league in the world.

The NFL.

Players and coaches in this league have said many times that it is hard to win games in this league. Beating the 49ers and Eagles will be awesome, but unless you win the other games, it doesn't matter.

With that said, who cares about respect? No team has ever won anything based on how they were respected.

People can put a narrative or excuse on any win or loss anyway. Most times we beat good teams, there was always some built in excuses as to why we won.

See the Buccaneers playoff win last season..... so who cares about respect. We only care about wins.

SF's offense looks better than ours right now and their team has beat us 2 straight years in the playoffs. They have been tougher than us no matter how we feel about our team. Philly while not looking as sharp still deserves their accolades. I was home sick on Mon and Tues this week and listened to a few shows,. Nobosy was knocking Dallas and everyone was giving us credit.
