Jerry Jones is the judge, the jury, and the executioner at Valley Ranch. We all know that.
Deion Sanders still loves to make reference to the beeline often made by him and certain other prominent players to Mr. Jones' office when things didn't exactly suit them.
In an era of weak head coaches employed by this organization, the current one, Wade Phillips, is probably viewed as the poster boy. Bill Parcells might be the exception, but even he wasn't what he once was. Tuna put up with a lot more here than he ever did in New York.

I like Norm, but this isn't exactly news. We are all well-aware. Blame Wade Phillips or Jason Garrett, but they are only handling this the only way they know how, the only way they've ever known.
Once again, this is what the organization wanted. Why should we expect much in the way of accountability?
