He had a lot of tackles but he didn't look that good. I'm curious to see what happens when Hitchens returns.

I guess they count it a tackle when a guy runs over you 5 yards down the field and then falls down afterwards. LOL

I've never said it's crap. But I would take most PFF grades with a large grain of salt. There are flaws all over their grading system.

I'll say its grades are crap.

It would be one thing if it was one man's opinions and we knew who that man was grading a player. If it was someone like Greg Cosell we could put value in that.

As it is it is an amalgamation of some ratio of multiple people's opinions that varies from grade to grade and play to play. It's noise not statistics for all it's facade. There is no transparency.

What you have are a whole lot of men that do not want to admit that they don't know and either don't have the time or don't want to use the time to find out on their own. Seriously. We ALL want him to be great. But what good does it do pretending he's closer than he is? He's not a quality NFL player yet. Hopefully by the end of the season he will be.

Do we consider it a win based on where we thought he'd be on draft night? I don't know the answer to that. I remember a lot of "it could be any day" and "it's never going to happen." Knowing what we know today, was he worth a high 2nd round pick in a deep draft?

We're all rooting for him to succeed and have a great career. Did he play good Sunday? No, but neither did anyone else on defense. There is nothing negative about speaking the truth. Maybe you should point your finger at the overzealous homer. Without that, no one would have to come on here and correct it.

And being blind doesnt make you a BIG FAN. It just makes you a less informed one.

I find the biggest fans are the ones that deal in reality and have the highest standards for the team. Not the guys waving their pom poms.

Are you joking? The Jtrain got run over last weekend. Its very promising to see him out there and playing so many snaps. That at least tells us that he is almost there. But he cant be 100%. I pray he is not 100%. But my standards for how good this guy is going to be is a heck of a lot higher than what we are seeing.

Some in here are so upset because Jaylon is on the field playing meaningful downs that they said he'd never play. It's amusing.

You compared him to Albert Haynesworth. You were challenged about THAT comment. Your rebuttal was to "let the facts do the explaining". Based on your response, I'll take it as you don't have any facts to back up that comparison, but instead an opinion.

It's also funny you say the field will determine the outcome, but seem to have your mind made up about Lawrence due to your attempt at an insult with the Haynesworth comparison.

albert haynesworth was another example of "ill play big for my contract year" The Skins also bought into his play for that year and got him for a big contract, that both never saw through.

and yes i have an opinion and yes, the field will determine if im right or wrong. Much like many with Dunbar. Remember the legend of Dunbar? And what happened on the field, he didnt stop defenders with his lazers, he wasnt that great of a runner, and he didnt run on water. He didnt stick. Oh well regardless of our opinons, he couldnt do it on the field.
