That's nice and all, but we've had 2 playoff wins since 99. How many wins have you had? whoops!

Right, since we know winning one playoff game per appearance and then going through a 6 or 7 year playoff drought is the barometer....Whoops!

I don't know that and neither do you! What are you? A fortune teller? Or did Art over at ES pound that thought into you little brain?

The hell are you talking about? Why would I have to be a fortune teller to recount what Snyder said in a chat?

I love how you guys bring Art up every five posts. I find that highly amusing.

Here is the difference between RedStinks thoughts and Cowboy thoughts. Live and learn...take your little playoffs into the bathroom and flush them down the toilet!

"The last playoff game we won was Super Bowl XXX, so that’s what I think about, and that kind of reflects my philosophy,” said Jones, sitting in his office, where the franchise’s five Super Bowl trophies are prominently displayed. “I don’t live my days walking around here, singing the blues about not winning a playoff game in 10 years. I walk around singing the blues that I haven’t won a Super Bowl in 10 years.”

Actually, our last playoff win was Dec 28th, 1996 in a Wild Card playoff game against the Minnesota Vikings where we won 40-15. Our current backup QB was the starter for the Vikings that day

:D

Yeah, well i didn't bring up the 5-11 record as if it was relevant to the topic, but since it was brought up, it was more than pertinant to mention the fact that you only beat us once, even though we were totally abysmal for the most part last season.

Feel free to stay on topic next time.

we lost the game in DC cause of Parcells.....why he went for 2 instead of 1 in the first half I have no idea. We go for 1, then all we have to do is sit on the ball and kill the clock, game over...instead, Parcells blunder forced us to have to go for a game winning FG. It was blocked, they called a bogus 15 yd face mask instead of the 5 yd face mask it should have been, and then your kicker made the kick and you won.

Right because going twice in 4 years and losing the first game of each is soooo much better.

You guys slay me.

BS. You obviously didnt watch how Taylor's head was jerked around 90 degrees. You jerk the helmet it's 15 yards every time. Besides, your boy had to resort to grabbing wildly at a facemask? It would have been TD Taylor if not. And you know this, man! ( just watched Friday last nite)

I know, but Jerry does not recognize just a lousy playoff game like the clowns that root for the RedStinks do!

Jerry wants SuperBowls...those losers want a playoff win, or a win against the Cowboys to satisfy their little minds...

Sure they have. Healthy Springs. Landry in place of Arch and whatever warm body we found. Rogers is working on not dropping 90% of the balls he could have caught and Smoot and Macklin in place of Wright and Rumph.

You can bring up Smoot sucking in Minn, because, well, he did. But last time he paired up with Springs we had the best one-two CB tandem in the league. I think Smoot gave up like one TD all year.

The old dodge and nutrub technique, huh? Seems like Jerry has as much to cling on to as Snyder in that regard lately. Maybe even less. Either way, I didn't start the battle of which team was the better mediocre one.

Like I said, stick to the topic.

I honestly don't see a difference. Both came home empty handed. You don't get a trophy or hang a banner for playoff wins in the Wild Card Round.

Funny, I always remember Smoot in Washington from getting torched every game by Antonio Bryant everytime Dallas played Washington.

As a DC resident, I can tell you there's a lot of buzz about Danny building a new retractable-roof stadium downtown--perhaps at RFK's old site once the Nats leave.

If you're referring to the 63 yards he gained against us in 04 with no TD's, then I guess you really have a weird definition of "torched"

Maybe you should go back and see how you guys bragged about playoff "appearances". Let alone wins, because there aren't any to speak of.

You need to put a little more effort into your posts.

Well you're the one claiming the Skins are closer to SB status than the Cowboys are for winning wild card playoff games. I'm just here to tell you that you're not, and coming off last season, Dallas is closer cause of a winning record and most of the young players returning, and maturing another year. How bout you?

u are so full of crap, the face mask was not even grabbed. the hand swiped across it. I am not saying it was a 5 yd penalty simply as a Cowboys homer....I am also not the only one who has this take. Terry Bradshaw, Howie Long, and Jimmy Johnson all felt it was a 5 yd penalty. I also recall the announcers of the game claiming the same thing, stating that the penalty didn't look like a 15 yd personal foul.
