Here we go

http://Commanders.torresa.com/videos/misc/Kicks.wmv

Watch at about 30 seconds in. Taylor's head gets twisted. It's real hard to tell in real time, but it's definitely there. Now it doesn't matter at all that it was just a split second. You turn the guys head, it's 15 yards.

But Glenn and Crayton have. And why do you keep living off that one game? How bout the first game where Glenn and Crayton torched you guys so bad, we didn't even need owens.

I'm arguing Smoot's ability. I even admitted what I posted wasn't relevant to that.

If you wanna debate Smoot, be my guest. If you wanna claim that your receivers will beat our secondary I'll be open to that too.

Crayton benefitted from a rookie Taylor and a veteran Keyshawn. Glenn benefitted a flea flicker and play action.

I know :)

And since Smoot was in a different scheme before 2004. I guess what Dallas has done the last couple years is irrelevant since they're in a different scheme now under Wade Phillips.

It really is kind of irrelevant seeing as how you have Garrett (who?) installing an offensive system and Philips bringing in his D system. Didn't I see reports that Roy finally ate that last biscuit and was put in at LB?

Crayton was a rookie himself, and a 7th round pick no less. And even in 2006, Taylor was still biting on playactions/flea flickers. And don't just brng up the flea flicker from the MNF game in 2005, Glenn was beating him last year in the first game in Dallas as well.

Isn't it funny how easily these things veer off on tangents?

Danny will get to host a SB!

That's all I really wanted to say. You guys need to stop sucking me in. :)

I am willing to bet that our offense will be a bit more pass happy this year than it was at anytime under Parcells. I also have a feeling our offense will be more unpredictable....Parcells was very vanilla.

Maybe so. There were other factors in play last year, too though.

It's really fruitless to argue how next year will turn out by virtue of last season seeing as how a lot of things have changed.

We can always revisit this thread after next season.

these two teams have appeared in 13 SBs winning 8.

neither has won since 95.

why are you guys getting so involved in a pissing contest with a skins fan over who has sucked worse over the last decade.....both teams have sucked.

Neither has been a legit SB contender.

Anything less than SB contender is suckage in my opinion.

Both teams have given us a decade of suckage.....and it doesn't matter who has sucked more, when you suck, you suck....

However, I can say that the Cowboys do seem to have a brighter future as of right now....time will tell though.

i want the video not stills........photos can be deceptive based on the angles.....just like that glenn fumble against Seattle in the playoffs.....BTW, if you actually watch the video in slow motion of that play, it could have been called an incomplete pass, as the ball hits the ground and Glenn doesn't have possession of it.....but I can see how the refs called it a completion, fumble, and safety

I posted the video. Any comments?

I promise you it's virus free. You can't catch a virus from video. It has to be an executable.

Your excuse smells a little fishy, home skillet.

Dude, I have the file on my computer and as one member of this board to another, I wouldn't do that to you. You have my word.

It seems these Commander fans keep bringing up the "when is the last time you won a playoff game" comment as if that is some kind of a main goal or barometer that all NFL teams set their sights on.

Isn't the goal of every single NFL team to win a Super Bowl? To have a Lombardi Trophy placed proudly in their display case?

Winning a playoff game puts you in the same category as the other 31 teams who did not win the Super Bowl. You're still not an NFL Champion. Coming close is the same as not getting there.

Dallas has 5 Lombardi's, Washington has 3 Lombardi's.

That's all the stats that anyone needs to confirm that Dallas is better than Washington. Until the Commanders win at least 2 more to tie or 3 to lead, they will never be better than Dallas. Ever.

That concludes my "Mr. Obvious" comment.

Now....on the thread topic:

Who really cares if Snyder and Washington get a chance to host a Superbowl?

What really matters is that Dallas got there first. So Dallas takes the lead and wins again. ;)
