But that's the point. Everyone has a choice as to how they obtain their information.
Twitter is just another tool in a multitude of information delivery services. I don't understand why it bothers people.
I kind of agree with this, but will add something.
It does kind of get annoying, maybe not twitter itself, but some things in this world that you may not even care the least about have a way of seeping in to your life and becoming obnoxious.
One example is how Youtube is now infested with advertising. Yeah I don't care about that car you're selling but I still have to deal with it.
Another is fantasy football. I've played it myself, but sometimes when I want to hear NFL reports or coverage I don't want to hear about who to "start" on my fantasy team. But I can't really avoid it as it's a part of most NFL coverage.
