I know the offense has been one of the top scoring and yards offenses since Dak came back, but those stats are so misleading on how Dak and this offense is performing. The defense has created many turnovers and short fields for the offense.

Dak's turnovers are also happening at the worst possible moments, often giving the other team momentum. It puts the defense on its heels.

Also, just scoring lots of points can be misleading on how the offense is performing. You have to look at how many possessions the offense is getting, especially if the defense is giving up points. How the offense scores and when it scores in the flow of the game is more important than just scoring a lot of points. For example, the Colts scoring 33 points in the first half against the Vikings is different than scoring 33 points for the whole game. Vikings would not have played hurry up and Colts wouldn't have played prevent defense the entire second half.

Too often, the Cowboys defense has built a double digit lead and start to play soft, prevent defense. The offense has to help the defense and use the clock, score points, but Dak fails and turns the ball over and go three and out. This allows the other team to gain momentum and comeback. Dak makes terrible decisions. He doesn't seem like he has the mental capacity to make smart decision.

The offense and team played better under Cooper Rush because of how he managed the game and the flow of the game kept the defense focused for the entire game.
Didn't take a dissertation to say you don't like Dak.

The defensive stats are what's most misleading IMO. The unit has regressed, and been torched by mediocre teams going back to the Green Bay game. Yesterday, they allowed 2 TD's in less than 3 minutes...nearly gave up 200 yards rushing again...Lawrence threw for 300+ yards, and they allowed 34 points. And that 'feared' pass rush, has disappeared for long stretches.

I've said several times, Dak needs to play less timid & obviously minimize the turnovers. But the game ending sequence against the Jags, was completely on Brown. Of course, the game doesn't come down to that, if the defense plays just a little better, and they force the Jags to use their final timeout.

What I dont get is....why is DAK looking for the #4 WR (Brown) when you have CD Lamb, Shultz and Gallup on the field.....IMO it was either a bad play call or a bad decision by DAK.....Game on the line.....you go to your #1s not a #4 WR

The level of foolish on this board is really astonishing. Brown should have caught it. Dak made a play, not dissimilar to his last touchdown throw to take the lead. Crybabies, again you really are embarrassing yourselves. Does Dak frustrate me at times? Is he our best chance to win right now? Would I love to have Patrick Mahomes? Yes, yes and yes. But I am not going to piss and moan about it.

I really think some of you are secretly hoping Dak makes mistakes that are costly just so you can post about it. I think some of you refuse to get excited about the playoffs because "they can't win" mentality so you can ***** and moan about it and make "I told you so" posts. They are 10-4 and qualified for the playoffs. Either ride or go the hell home...and I am talking about the fans, not the team.

If the defense is getting turnovers and giving short fields then Dallas offense wouldn't be top 3 in yards.

Defending a defense that gave up 30+ points and 500+ yards to any team, much less the jaguars is silly.

Because he was open for the 1st down and at the least amount of risk.

Got it....but Brown is #4 WR for reason....its hit or miss if he makes the play.....in this case he caused a pick 6....CD Lamb is a #1 for a reason.....Shultz is #1 TE....With the game on the line....you go to the go to guys......not a #4 WR

No you go to the open receiver for the first down.

We scored 40 dude how many points should it take to beat a 5 win team??
Exactly. Were all these people saying those things about Dak in the first half? Hell no, lol, they were loving it like me. Dan was damn near perfect, they moved the ball up and down the field at will and scored TDs not settling for FGs. We've been getting in the end zone regularly since Dak came back, not winning games on FGs anymore. There were 10, 11 play scoring drives that went 70-80 something yards. Didn't one of the drives start at our own 15 because of a special tams penalty? A so called TOP DEFENSE shouldn't allow 34 points, and if they hadn't this is a victory.

Tell me the last time Dak outscored a team with a better QB. Lawrence was a better QB yesterday period.

Bahahahaha, thanks for playing rockport. Care to comment on this one

It wasn’t tipped, it wasn’t pressure, it was just a bad decision by the same bad QB. Y’all blame it receivers, te, and anyone eye, but fact is Dak is only common element in all these picks. What about him not getting a first down on five of six straight possessions? He’s great let me tell you, he put up 30 pts, no he put up 30pt with three turnovers from the defense. If your qb can’t see that gassing a defense goes against winning then you need a new qb who understands game management.

If you watch the games, you would have saw that about half of those were on the receivers. And we aren't getting that many turnovers and that many short fields to lead the league in points and yards....lol. You can't make this stuff up....lol
We are number 2 defense for turnovers with only the eagles having more. We’re +9 on turnovers for the year, that stat doesn’t lie. Try again

Dak worshippers were saying the season was k we after the loss to TB. Now they are saying they don’t give up at the minimum sign of adversity, ironically after Cooper Rush basically proved Dak is just a flash in the pan, being carried by the roster.

Can you describe to us exactly what a “Dak worshipper” is?
