He is not a franchise QB. Until he start taking this game seriously and stop laghing and making jokes all day i am officially off the Romo Bandwagon.

He is a kid and isn't able to win the really important games.

POST OF THE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! BINGO on your assessment!!!

Amazing Witten screws us twice on the last 2 drives causing the INT and not looking for the ball and Romo gets blamed

Why do people think of anything they can to STILL protect Romo?

Do you know for a fact that Witten missed his route? I didn't see him sign a confession?

Artie Lange is right: time to end the love affair with this guy. Tonight was IT for me, and I really think lots of other fans feel the same way. I wonder if he realizes just how much his career will be different in Dallas from now ON?

Why in the hell would you do that? You want to start all over from 2001 again? And go 5-11 for 3 years? Romo is not a franchise QB and I seriously doubt we will ever see a playoff victory with him, but he's good enough to win most games in the regular season. Anyways, if you draft a QB, do you think a QB who can't even handle pressure situations down the stretch is going to be able to handle a young 1st round gun sitting behind him ready to take his job?

Two words buddy... MATT RYAN. Jimmy brought in Walsh to push Aikman for godssake, why shouldn't Romo have to look over his shoulder? Might make him a better QB instead of just having a nice free ride. Competition is a GOOD THING.

I'm so completely frusturated. It seems like when we need Romo he goes and throws an INT.

No...not disciplined enough...think about Farve as well...had some great teams...only one ring...same of Dilfer.

Disciplined QBs win games. Romo is our best shot, but not there yet...

Not even close sadly.

Everyone here was so over confident going into this game and Romo was the reason. How one bad loss changes everthing. Man I hate the lucky Steelers!

For anyone that doesn't think Danny White had a great defense, you are quite clueless.
Does Randy White, Ed Jones, D.D. Lewis, Everson Walls, Dennis Thurman ring a bell?
White also had Tony D, Drew Pearson, Tony Hill, Doug Cosbie, and a great offensive line.
Step away from the Romo ledge.

This guy will change our fortunes like he is doing at Baylor. When the time gets closer I will talk more about it, but the world is going to go googoo gaga over Robert Griffin.

Please, lets speed up the removal of Romo. The choke jobs will not stop.

Tony Romo is like the good guy who dies in movies in ways that break your heart.
Like Willem Dafoe in Platoon.
Like Andy Garcia in Black Rain.
Like Leonardo DiCaprio in The Departed.

That's Tony Romo...hurry and fall out of love with him.

Like Leonardo Dicaprio in Titanic
Like Russell Crowe in Gladiator :(

Huh. Thought it was going to be a picture of LeBron James.

Or Anthony.

Or Bosh.

Etc.

Wow...I knew this thread would be a laugh when I saw the title but man...you surpassed ALL expectations with that call....wow...I hope you are joking, if not, draw a clue card.

Yeah, those running QBs work out SO well in the NFL

Vince Young is just dominating...oh, and Mike Vick, yeah he really turned the Falcons around

Like I said I knew I would get laughed at now, but wait in a year or so.

You clearly don't know anything about the guy.

And it might also completely wreck him, and this team. For every Matt Ryan there are 5 rookie QBs that start as rooks and suck total balls. I am not on the Romo wagon, but I'm not a moron either.
