As it stands now the only backup linemen on the roster are Matt Waletzko, Asim Richards, TJ Bass, and Alex Taylor. Thinking Taylor's name comes up soon as a cut and they are looking at a guy from another team I hope.

None of these 4 backup Olinemen play Center. Extremely risky move if Biadasz goes down with injury.

Yes but he played almost the entire game against the Raiders. Not the same shoulder he hurt last year and team calls it minor.

I’m glad we didn’t take him. We got enough contract issues as is. Don’t want Jerry to be tempted to sign a RB to big money when the offensive line is doing the dirty work. I’m happy with Tony and Deuce.

We absolutely need to keep Lewis or find someone else to fill that role. It's like some on here didn't watch what happened at CB last year. You want to play one of the 4 you listed in a real game or even worse a playoff game if we have an injury? Shame on us if we went through what we just did and didn't learn our lesson.

They can get four callups each for Hoffman and Farniok assuming they get to the PS so they can revisit this spot in week nine. By then they will probably make room on the 53 for one of them.

How often do you see a guy that has not been cleared to practice or even work on the side be able to walk in and play? Basically the answer is never.

What do you mean, he’s been cleared to practice he’s not on PUP. That’s literally what that means.

He’s healthy enough to participate fully in drills, just needs to get into football shape. Why make him wait 4 weeks and keep him from practicing when he needs the time on the field to get ready?

I think by game 3 at the latest he’s good to go.

Luepke is likely a one-day release. They will bring him back when they move Josh Ball to short-term IR, IMO.
