Assuming the Bears and Commanders first rounders in 2010 are equal (which they are not), the Commanders were supposedly offering:

Jason Campbell + 1st Rounder (13) = 1150 points

Bears gave up:

Kyle Orton + 1st Rounder (18) + 3rd Rounder (84) = 900 + 170 = 1070 points


That means according to the Broncos, Kyle Orton > Jason Campbell

That's the irony here. Cutler creating all this trouble has put other QB's in the position that made him so angry in the first place. He's done to 10 QB's what he didn't want done to himself.
