The probowl is a complete joke. Vick making the probowl just further validates that. I honestly think that fan voting needs to be taken away.

Michael Vick has thrown a whopping 13 tds and 12 ints. If thats not elite and probowl status, I don't know what is(sarcasm off).

I'm not mad about Bledsoe not making either.

Brunell deserves it more, imo. 20 tds to only 8 picks, compared to Bledsoe's 21 tds and 14 picks.

NFC QBS should be:

Matt Hasselbeck
Jake Delhomme
Mark Brunell
The Pro Bowl is about the players people want to see play. In a game that doesn't matter I'd certainly rather see Vick play than Deadsloe. Now if you want to see the best QBs in a game that matters, he wouldn't come close.

*** is Eli an alternate?

This "Peyton-part2" lovefest is starting to tick me off.

No Newman even as an alternate ? WOW that's BS.
And Ron Mexico made it ? ***

Cowboys feeling snubbed

posted: Wednesday, December 21, 2005

The team feeling the most left out from the Pro Bowl was the Cowboys. They had seven legitimate candidates -- safety Roy Williams, nose tackle La'Roi Glover, guards Larry Allen and Marco Rivera, quarterback Drew Bledsoe, tight end Jason Witten and linebacker Demarcus Ware. Only two made it -- Allen and Williams. The Cowboys seem particularly upset that Bledsoe was beaten out by Michael Vick and Jake Delhomme. It should make for an interesting meeting this week when the Cowboys play the Panthers. Delhomme may have to prove his Pro Bowl selection.

Anyone notice how Ken Lucas and Ty Law made it but Henry didn't?
How Wahle made it but Rivera didn't?
How Darren Sharper made it but Keith Davis didn't?

I saw a lot of arguments about these signings in the offseason. Maybe some of us fans do know what we're talking about.

OK, first Henry has been hurt most of the year so yeah you were totally right about that one.

Who said that Wahle would have even come to Dallas. But I won't argue that he's a better player than Rivera.

I would have loved Darren Sharper but there is nothing you can do about it now.

Right about what? I didn't harp on Lucas, Henry or Law, I was just pointing out how I read several threads about that topic in the offseason. Just saying, realistic shot or not at signing them, Bill & Jerry picked the wrong guys.

noone was saying Henry was the wrong signing the 1st half of the year, before he got hurt...

BULL!!!! I know a few Skins fans with gametape that spent plenty of time talking about how slow he was, and his resemblance to burnt toast. :laugh1:
