Trott is on page one. :)

Guess you are using your own sources though.

I hate to say this, but we really did not deserve many in there this year. Williams deserved it. Newman probably should have. You could make a case for Witten, but it would be weak.

Other than that, who else really and truly was one of the best in the game this season?

My point exactly. Which is why I am angry. Hopefully we will have more Pro-Bowl play next season. :lombardi:

except for a couple of disappearing acts, I'd could see a case made for Terry Glenn.

But you're right, there were only a couple on the team who individually should have made it. Alot of the success, such as it is, has been an overall team thing, not because of one specific player...

Yeah, two is about right, but L.J. Smith over Witten? I don't know about that.

Well, you said it. Minus the disappearing acts. He simply was not consistent enough. This past Sunday was clear and positive proof that he should not be recognized as one of the best in the game. He is one of the better WRs in the conference, but far from the upper shelf IMO.

You are correct. But it is also a barometer of how truly strong we are as a team. We need more players who are considered the best at what they do. Right now, we simply have too much age and inconsistency.

I completely agree. Witten is better. But if you notice how we have failed to get Witten involved? It is not his fault, but still. Besides, I think Witten was an alternate just like Smith, right?

Has not Moss dissapeared also? He hadn't had a TD catch in a stretch of what 5 games? (guess)
