I was primarily curious if the final spot went to Jemea Thomas.

He's apparently been late and missed a meeting - that's at least what I've read on this board. Read Brodduss tweeting about how his talent doesn't match the drama he brings.

Actually Matt Johnson was waived/injured so when he cleared waivers he was automatically put on our IR list. He never got a settlement so he's out the whole year on IR.
I don't know if he can get a settlement while on IR (I am pretty sure not), but he's a Cowboys still... technically.
