Come on now, dude.

You're only gonna get one great pass like that from most QBs on one drive. We didn't get our break, and lost. But when we get a pass like that,.. that was made, it should've been the difference in the game.

He had a 3rd and 20. He was definitely up against it. Could he have gotten out of a 3rd and 20? Yeah, but most QBs only convert that 1 out of 10 times. Be fair now.... also don't think there was a whole lot there on the last 2 plays.
 
I thought our defense was far too conservative to get aggressive when the situation called for it. By the time they finally stepped it up, it was far too late to do so. When your defense is getting outplayed with regularity, there's little to lose by exerting bolder levels of play. Too bad we didn't see that sooner. By the time we finally started exerting pressure on Goff, the game was already getting out of reach. Let's face it -- "he who hesitates is lost." :rolleyes:

Be honest with your self. Did Dak play like a francise QB worth 40 mill a year today ? You know the answer is no.

The defense looked bad the first two drives but only gave up 7 points in the second half this was Daks game to win but all he did was score 3 points. Be honest with yourself is that worth $40 mill/yr

Dak didn't drop the couple of passes you must think changed the game (do you think Dak throwing behind Cooper and at his knees (on 3rd down) was a good throw? just curious. Do you think even if we kicked the FG that only scoring 6 points in the 2nd half is good? Do you think you will win alot of football games if that happens? Do you think going 1-7 for 11 yards plus a sack on 3rd downs is good? Rams had 3 sacks in the game and 7 QB hits...big deal that will happen in most games to most teams. Russell Wilson was sacked 3 times today and hit 10 times by the Falcons today...he still managed to put 38 points on the board and win the game.
 
Yall saying how Dak needs a good oline and skill position players? What good QB in this league doesn't have that and still wins games? I'll wait.

Russell Wilson was sacked 3 timed today and hit 10 more times by the Falcons and put 38 points on the board and won the game. Dak was sacked 3 times and hit 7 more times by the Rams. There are more examples of this today want to see them too?

It wasn't at Cooper's knees, so quit lying. It was at his waist. Still a catchable pass that many other WRs make. Plus, Cooper wasn't even looking for the pass coming his way.

Thats a poor excuss. Let me get this straight Dak needs a top five OL, a top five RB, and a top five recieving core to be sucessful ? Sounds like he needs to take less money than 40 mill a yr so we can help him.

I'm not saying scoring 6 points in a half is acceptable, but I do think he played good enough to win under another statistical circumstance. Not saying he was the bees knees by any stretch, but the game came down to essentially 2 plays. Let's not jump to conclusions about a game that could've easily been won.
