It was awesome but they made one casting mistake. How did they ever think this guy would pass and the dangerous and cool guy is beyond me.

I bet when he looks up, Pez comes out his neck.

I know what you mean about Martin, he really screwed the pooch with Game of Thrones. Did he ever finish the books? LOL. I was really afraid, given his appearance, he was not going to survive long enough to give us the conclusion to GoT, but then he did and I wish he didn't.

thats because he let them finish it. I don’t think he wrote anything for the show after the books ended. The story is unfinished and he let HBO take the reins after that.

Just finished the final episode of Justified, on Hulu. It was pretty good, though pretty unrealistic at times. I will say, I think the last season might have been the best season, and final episode was an exceptional way to end it, IMO.

I liked the first episode of Halo and so far I've really been enjoying the series.

The only complaint I might have has been the last two episodes I watched had a preshow commercial for Scream and not the Halo Declassified show. ;)

For me, Moon Knight has tracked as much as I expected so far. Oscar Isaac got the bit. I am certain he only agreed to play the character as long as he could showcase his acting prowess as the split-personality over the actual hero.

I respect Isaac very much but I am not surprised concerning MK. His role in X-Men: Apocalypse was played almost as "Shakespearean' as could have been expected in a comic book movie adaptation. Apocalypse should been played as a character so menacing it should have made the audience feel threatened. Do not know about others but I did not feel threatened. Heath Ledger's The Joker was truly menacing at times and he was simply a guy wearing a purple suit lol.

I never realized that was him in that role until you brought it up here. That guy must be one of the hardest working actors in Hollywood, I swear I see him in just about everything these days. I thought he did a good job as a bad guy in that movie. Just another underwhelming X-Men flick. They’ll make some good ones but never seem to be able to sustain them. It’s not the actor’s fault. Director and studio control it unless it’s Tom Cruise or someone like that. Fox just proves why Disney bought them out. They stink at superhero flix. Glad they weren’t in charge of the other famous purple bad guys like Thanos and Joker.

He looks like he should be an elf wearing a vest and using two daggers in some half-baked fantasy series.

Bro, he basically was. If I remember the show correctly, I think he had like a switch blade or dagger or something.

He just made zero sense for that role. Zero.

I see your point but disagree with Turner's casting. The goal were young fresh faces for Jean, Scott Summers/Cyclops and Ororo Munroe/Storm and they achieved it mostly (in my opinion) by adding Turner, Tye Sheridan and Alexandra Shipp. All three played their roles well in my book.

Where I would agree is in Ben Hardy poor casting as Warren Worthington/Angel. And a more well-known actress in Olivia Munn, for me, looked absolutely perfect for the role of Psylocke but conveyed very little depth for the character on-screen. I thought neither added strong enough chemistry within the acting mix.
I try to forget that whole Dark Phoenix movie ever happened, that was one of my favorite Marvel comics stories..... and well........

Are you familiar with the game story?

Been watching Outer Range on Amazon. They're releasing this one one week at a time and I'm up to esp 3.

It's been interesting thus far, but like any mystery we'll see how it holds up when they start answering the questions they're setting up.

Epix greenlighted 2nd season of From.

Ok people, go check it out and let's talk

I watched season 1. It is moving too slowly. After 10 episodes I feel like we should know a lot more about what is going on. I will watch season 2 but if it doesn't start revealing what is going on soon, I will just give up on it. I predict season 2 will be the last season if it does not deliver more. From reminds me of Outcast. 2 season in and viewers still had no idea what was going on. Outcast was cancelled because viewers lost interest.

Just finished episode 5 of Moon Knight. It was a bit more interesting, but they really didn't need to spend so much time and effort giving us insight into his psyche. One episode with the explanation would've been just as informative as all the superfluous crap they went through. If the next episode isn't absolutely amazing, I'm gonna be pissed.

Anyone watch Texas Metal? I know this is not a streamer or a binge watch. Still very cool. They do some amazing stuff. It’s the motortrend channel. Not sure if it airs anywhere else besides that.
