Tonight I truly got what all the hype about Big Ben was about. He is about as clutch as a QB can get and I have changed my opinion about him entirely.

I agree. However it is painful.

I am blown about all the made up personal fouls....chop block but the guy hits him in the arm, face mask but the recieve is pushing the defenders head back, etc. You know something is wrong when the cards triple their season average in penalties. Making the Cards spend reviews. No review at the end? Whatever. FIXED GAME!!!

Gotta give rothshamburger credit. Made some plays. REALLY made some plays. As did Warner. NOW those are real QBs that make plays unlike Sheli.

I think you mean like romo instead of Eli, unless you mean making plays for the other team right??

Ben and Eli, 3 Super Bowls in between them, so you really cant bash either one. I wonder when Jerry will realize when he gets a qb like Roethlisberger and a coach like Tomlin that they might be playing on Super Bowl Sunday again.

I agree JOe Rod: he's seemingly a big, clumsy doofus. Then he goes out on the field and just makes plays: especially with the game on the line. You either have it in you to do that (Elway, R-berger, Staubach, Bradshaw, Aikman, Brady) or you don't.....Kelly, Tarkenton, McNabb, etc............

I don't know that I can watch this mess anymore. :bang2:

Key injuries. Check.
Constant locker room drama. Check.
Blow the last game in Texas Stadium. Check.
Eliminated from playoff contention by division rival in humiliating fashion. Check.
Watch superbowl rivals hoist their record breaking 6th trophy. Check.
Bring our coaches back for next season. Check.

I'm still trying to find the bright side.

stupid twits trying to console themselves.

No. They're just seeing it for what it really is. With all the money associated with the game, and the gambling amounts that are not made public information, do you really think it's hard to believe?

Aside from the roughing the passer penalty, how many calls were BS??

Saying Warner fumbled was BS, but it was challenged. And the Steelers got a bunch of holding penalties in the 4th, including one that resulted in a safety.

Go back and watch the game and count how many times illegal hands to the face on the Steelers linemen were ever called? They did it multiple times.

The answer: never. Is it a penalty or not? Apparently, not for the Steelers. They did it against the 'Boys too and didn't get called for it. Sometimes it's not what gets called. It's what doesn't get called, when it should be. And those are where the most blatant "fixing" of the games come into play.

This was the worst season for me ever. Nothing went my way, not even with teams I normally don't care about.

Both college and pro football stunk for me this year. Hope I paid the karma.

This whole NFL season could not have been worse for me. I hate the Steelers with even more passion than I love the Cowboys and everthing i wanted our team to be was what the Steelers were.
Come on Lakers!
